How Netherlands Messed Up Their Men's 4x100m Relay

Netherlands botched the handover for the final leg of the Men's 4x100m qualifying heat to give Ghana and Nigeria a free run to the tape. Their timing was totally off

Why was Ghana not DQ-ed for the contact to the back of Netherlands #4? Running in lanes is designed to prevent contact in this event. He pushes in the back, and messes with the other runner's right arm swing (maybe).

Ghana didnt touch him. Cam angle is deceiving. Problem is the netherlands last runner took off too soon too fast - apparently spooked by all other last leg runners taking off.
