I see you again, Hong Kong. I see you again, Davao. The last time we flew out of HK was 4 January 2019. The PA was blaring precautions every 5 minutes to travelers to and from Wuhan due to this mysterious flu-like illness that was spreading there. The rest, as we know, is history.
