Its a mythical fish fish fruit. We've seen what happens when, for example, a fisherman like Jack who has a fruit is underwater. He cant do much but he doesnt drown. Its very very possible that Kaido having a fish zoan fruit similarly gives him some similar sort of protection. The narrator also very specifically says that hes the strongest creature in land, sea and air. Land hes already an absolute beast. Air, dragon form ofc. That leaves just the sea, which is likely because his zoan is specifically a fish zoan. Probably also why Big Mom was stressing what a significant fruit it was that he owed her a lifelong debt for it. As a fish zoan, and a mythic version thats also absurdly OP while getting rid of one of fruit users' biggest weaknesses, its clearly quite the prize.
Don’t forget that back in Marineford that it was stated that Kaido was on his way to join in on the war. The only reason he didn’t was because Shanks held him back.
That's why I like those original reactors with Khan, Hibou, that one white guy with short hair, and the little Indian girl. The only loud one was Khan, but he was very memorable. Now everybody reacts to One Piece and while there are some good reactors you got some bad ones like the dude with the glasses who won't shut the fudge up. Well, I didn't think I had to clarify that it's MY opinion. I understand that there are people who like his style (and that's why he has a good number of followers) but in my case, I want to see a reaction, not that they narrate everything that is happening on the screen. For me, a reaction does not need to shout surprised at everything or talk nonstop, many times the emotion is perfectly transmitted without the need for words, only through looks or gestures. Are there people who prefer screaming? Perfect, it's your taste, but I THINK it ruins the reaction in this case, and I don't get what's so racist about that.
