Hi do you by any chance have the blueprint for this? It turned out great!
Dam she already made you a video use your brains a little
Yes! Please send them to me. You guys did an amazing job
I turned 31 last week and my wife and I just bought 2 and a half acres, I'm so keen to start building the chicken coop and animal fencing.
Wait. Is that a PINK drill. As a straight guy that farms, i want one😂😂
❤
I'm about to build mine. Definitely need to be able to stand in it
Great Job 🎉
Same... Well 44 but also coop/run, raised garden, and I'm planning so many things for predator proofing too. I'm also doing spikes for the big digger and tunneling predators.
Cluck yeah !!! Looks good to me !
That looks so amazing!! And your kids were so hands on with building it with you!!
omg. You go girl! 🐓🐓 I'm getting inspired to re-do our chicken coop. Great job!!
It turned out amazing! We are currently building our first chicken coop...in the south. No joke about nothing being level 😂
this is impressive - thanks for the post
And you look and see that you did an outstanding job.
Yep this looks fun 😊
I’m trying this
Wow I love your work something I learned today because that's what I've been dreaming off
This is an amazing video!! I hope you get 1 million views.
Dear Lord thats detailed. Very nice coop.
Nice job!❤. Congratulations!
Do you have plans for that run you built?! It’s great!
Awesome looks good, only thing I would change is make the bedding 8 inches and use soil so you don’t need to change it out and the chickens push the poop deep and it gets broken down
It is very good build.strong.
Danggg thats Awesome!!
Hello, everyone I'm in Greenville SC 10 yrs. ago I used to have 25. Now I'm 63 I would love to have the list of all the things use to build this Coop. Thanks ✝️👍❤️
Absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much!

If she can do it, I can do it, need to stop doubting myself.
Looks good. I'm curious what your expenses were.
nicely done ✅
Wow❤😮😮 nice
❤
Good job
Amazing 🎉
This was such a fun build 🙌 Thanks!
OK Wait, wait, wait. 😂 This is the first time you have used a miter saw and called yourself a pro at it. Hmmm. Something just doesn't quite add up. But you did seem to decorate the structure exceptionally well. 😅
Awesome
Thanks!! I enjoyed building this project ☀️
I built on just a little bit bigger than this and it took me a month to finish 😂😂
amazing
Thank you for cheering me on!
Nice!
Thank you for your support!
Hi I was wondering if you knew what those white chickens are called? They are so pretty
I feel I have to let out a warning if you are in a raccoon populated area. I used the exact hardware cloth you used in this video and almost lost my flock to a raccoon attack. You want the thicker gauge hardware cloth, yours is too thin and the raccoon will rip right through it. Luckily my lesson learned didn't result in any casualties only because I had moved my chickens out into a different coop about a month prior and moved my adult geese into that particular coop.
Raccoon didn't like it's odds against my cobra chickens and although it got through the wire, discovered something else entirely opposite from a nice easy chicken nugget snack xD
What gauge hardware cloth did you end up using to make it more secure?
@@punklepee6545 I changed it up to the 19 gauge though I really hate using anything thinner than 16 gauge tbh.
In my paranoia I ended up layering some field fence under my hardware cloth. Holes of the field fence aren't so big that a raccoon can get through, so hardware cloth part is more weasel prevention at that point. Well, and to help keep the raccoon from reaching it's arm in to make a grab at someone.
I did that in the end because I did see a reddit post of someone losing their entire flock to a raccoon that broke through their 19 gauge. I think my wire before was more 20ish gauge because I thought any hardware cloth worked...
❤❤❤❤❤ BEEEEEAAAAtiful
I LOVE this❤
New subscriber.. 😊
Thank you for subscribing ❤️❤️
Could you pls do a vid explaining how you did this? Also where did you get the plastic coop/chicken house???? Please and thank you
The coop is from Nestera US! You can get 5% off with the affiliate link in my bio (graycedarhome.com/links).
Ok thank you so much!!
Did a better job then most tradesmen ive worked with.
Thank you for your support!
Go girl
I wanted to see the full view at the end 😭
Nice
Where did you get their little snap together house? My wood one is falling apart.
🔥
“This is my first time using a miter saw so I’m going to build something a finish carpenter would be jealous of”
Do you have your plans for this build available for sale?
Love it! Where did you get the coop from please?
nestera.us/graycedarhome
It’s by Nestera! My affiliate link above will give you 5% off 🫶
Do you have a link to the roofing you used?
You just did a better job than some men I’ve worked with on the job site. Well done.
Thank you for your support 🫶
Thst construction sand may be toxic and usually has glass in it
What brand of construction sand did you use?
Where did you get that roof?
Mommy got sum cake😂
Is that a kreg pocket screw Jig?
Where is the coop from?
So are there gaps where the roof connects to the structure?
What kind of saw did you use?
You better register those damn chicken😡😂
Does anyone know where to get the solar mounted lights from?
What is the coop brand?
LOL how long before the chickens ate the plants?
The bottom boards of the frames won't last buried in soil and not pressure treated
I love keeping chickens and building all that comes with having chickens, yet I watched this video ten times and it wasn't for the chickens it was for the hot chick. Damn why can't I find a hot bodied chick, that love chicks, in my neck of the woods.Sigh
This looks great but must have cost $3k
Great work, but way over engineered. Suburban backyard chicken people go way overboard 😂
Not me looking to spend 2k on tools to build a 300$ coop 😂😂😂🤷♂️ I mean I can use the tools to build other stuff later right? (Like a bigger coop!) muhahahah 😅
just go to home depot and drop couple grand lol
Which country you are in ?
Started off saying pov i thought i had the wrong video for a min😂
You’re 35 and it’s time to retire? Say what? Nice coop btw.
Where'd you get that coop
It’s from Nestera US. I have a 5% off link in my bio: graycedarhome.com/links
Why is no one talking about predators dugging under the wood and killing all the chicken?
Thanks for your concern. I dug a ditch around the entire coop perimeter and added hardware cloth 🙌
I'm 50 😢
Hahaha! You wish! First, everything green is eaten! Second-scratching will dig up your entire yard! Third, your neighbors will hate you! Now how do I know all this?
$10,000 later with no way you’ll ever recoup the money spent. Someone needs a farm economics course. Same person was probably surprised to learn chickens poop and smell 😂
It’s timber 4 pavers and gravel. Where’s the $10k? Lol
El ovi divljaci znaju da postoji cement i cigla
Come to Michigan to see what not level is
6000 dollars for the first egg and teh ball and chain to dealing with chickens in your old age.. how is it any fun?
That’s wood is going to rot
Mid thirties time to retire?!?! Wth did you do for a living???
where do they take a shit?
Is this how you talk?
Looks so much better than the one my husband built! 😅 His is a disaster! 😭
At least he did something
What you do other than complain? Didn't say nothing until he was done? Speak up next time.
The laugh-speak moments were cringe. Less fake, more editing.
Gyatt
This is not POV
This overengineered
...."nothing in the south is ever level"? Is that any way to talk about your hillbilly neighbors?
i love you, i love your coop. but PLEASE learn what POV means :)
Nothing anywhere is perfectly level
❤
