The terrain surface without the building is a topographical survey or just a drawing?. What do you think about the Penrose's model as possible solution to Erechtheion inner distribution?

Hello from Athens, thanks to watch my video and comment as well. First of all, I want to clarify that I'm a video maker, not a specialist about the facts of the buildings, nether an archaeologist. So I'm not sure about these facts. I just took the archaeologist's basic thoughts and belives and I make a documentary. Just that. I really know nothing about Penrose's model (or any other), and of course that don;t mean that is false, it is only a possibility. The ancients did't touched the topography of the rock we call "Acropolis" because they believed that the rock was a spirit itself! So, they placed their constructions on the rock without hurting the rock at all! (Sorry for my poor English, hope to be understandable).

Hola. My name is José from Perú (South America). Sorry for the wrong name, but I don't know how to change the account in these phones.
Respect the terrain images, they are a good reference to model topographic contour lines in absence of numerical data in the web.
About the Penrose's model (1888), actually is little known. I have compared the models from Tetaz (1848) to Lesk (2005) and I'm still thinking that is the more reasonable arquitectonic solution to Pausanias' description.
It's a speculation? Yes, but Elderkin told "the evidence of the building is insufficient", and I add "to be able to rebuilt it".
I'm not a specialist either, but yes a fan of this building.
