I have a question sir! Why does the distance r matters in the other formula of electric field intensity ie e= ql 4e (r) (r) and not the ' formula of gauss's law
Because gausses law does not depend on distance,i.e flux=q/€,which is independent on distance

Q ; Why the topic is mentioned infinite sheet of charge? Why it wasn't taken finite please sir elaborate.
If sheet is finite then electric field not be uniform at edges, ( curve electric field lines at edges and straight at centre), that will be a different case. In case of infinite we can say field is same at every point.
