you put acetone on cotton pad, wrap around nail, put a small piece of foil around that to hold it all on making a ball around the top of your finger keeping the pad on the nail, and let it soak for about 10-15 min. then take a flat scraper tool meant to remove gel polish or beveled orange wood stick and scrape off the softened polygel. soak with another clean pad with more acetone to soak off the remainder or use a buffer file to remove rest of the residue by filing I have never found a brand of those plastic soaking clips you'll see sometimes actually work well, and a few of them that I tried even melted like the polygel. $1.25 roll of aluminum foil from dollar tree works so much better, I cut it into like 2 inch x 2 inch squares before I start

Guys I do my own polygel nails and the actual kit they give you no matter the brand is trash !! Don't use the forms, try using tips like you're doing acrylic nails and apply from the bottle, wooden stick or applicator on the tip and shape it that way. you'll create amazing nails that are just as durable and strong as acrylics !! use nail tips not polygel forms !
