I love it when every year new girl groups debut, whether they're underrated or popular. I still consider them as one of the most blessed groups.
Rocket Punch has been underrated since their debut in 2019. They have a flawless discography (including their b-sides) which is criminally under-appreciated
Brave Brothers productions are still so fresh even today, especially the trifecta of Dalshabet “Someone Like You”, Stellar “Crying” and Bestie “Love Options”. Along with Sweetune, they defined 2nd gen for me
Yeah I recommend RoadB formerly known as BXK their music is produced by sweetune
Yeah I also realized DKB’s all in is a remake of after school’s because of you and I can see why. Btw they’re the 4th gen boygroup under Brave
Nature is really underrated. Love them very much 🥰
All are underrated but damn...bvndit, weki meki and purple kiss 🥲 and of course hot issue ...hot issue had so much potential
All groups with dark concepts are so underrated! Pixy, Craxy, Pink Fantasy, Purple Kiss, even Dreamcatcher 😭 They deserve much more!

They remind me more of LovelyZ tbh I think ILY:1 remind me of Gfriend more and no they’re not copycats of Gfriend. People only keep saying that to hate on them sadly

Honestly, if compared to its quality, Closer by Oh My Girl (2015) was severely underrated. It's still one of the best Kpop songs ever to me, such a masterpiece.
Yeah they didn’t become more popular in Korea til around 2018 I think and internationally 2020
Agreed it’s definitely in my top 10 of all time. The 5th season is pretty close too. OMg has so many great songs.
I was so happy to see Fifty Fifty as number 1, I just started stanning them and I love their songs, they definitely deserve more fame

I was really happy to see Fifty Fifty at #1 for this year, I'm a longtime kpop fan but these girls amazed me with their debut! So fresh and talented, I'm obsessed.
Also, major props for the Spica love, they were truly amazing and so unfairly underrated, their songs must live on!
some of my favorite songs of all time are in this list!! Someone like U, Friday Night, Flashback, Will You Go Out With Me, Vibrato, Apple Pie, Galaxy, Secret, Angel, Fly High, Only U, Oh! My Mistake, Lalalalila, La la Love, I mean the list goes on and on! Truly incredible songs!

"Sleepwalking" by Dreamcatcher is alright. Even after Dreamcatcher became famous no one seems to know about this song.

You forget in 2022 the debut of the small rookie girlsband Ily:1 who bring tropical summer song, their debut with Love in bloom, i love so much this song + their comeback in july or august 2022 with Que sera que sera! And in 2021 with cute concept, i love Hi-L songs! I'm a Pixy's fan, i'm a Rocket Punch's fan and i love Flash!

2014 to me marks the last year of old kpop style, the style i first knew when i got into it in 2008. i miss it a lot. kpop changed so much it doesn't even remotely remind what it used to be back then.

After watching this video in its entirety, I'm left with the same sentiment uttered by David Bowman in "2001: A Space Odyssey"; specifically, "My God, it's full of stars!" So many fantastic artists/releases and I'm familiar with every one of them. Sadly, many left the industry having earned only an infinitesimal amount of the recognition they deserved. Given the grueling amount of blood, sweat, and tears needed to be a part of the K-Pop industry, it's truly a crime that many didn't receive universal acclaim. Dammit, now I'm depressed.
Thank you VERY much for taking me on a journey over the past decade and reacquainting me with all of the wonderful sparkling gems that this industry has produced. I'm going to spend the next several days going through my music library and giving many of these songs a complete listen. /headbow
