There's three variations of this song, which was a Meteora demo that never got fleshed out. This shorter version, which unlike the others is fully complete, was released on the second LPU CD back in 2002, but also got an official re-release on Meteora 20 last year. Overall this is such a kick-ass riff! I think it would have fit in perfectly as an instrumental on Meteora, maybe as an opener replacing Forward (similarly to how Wake worked on Minutes to Midnight), or an interlude in the middle. I've also always felt that a polished, finished version of the longer A-Six variations with this shorter version included as the bridge would have been such a great song.

Appreciate it man! Definitely one of LP’s heavier riffs I think. Short but really great, so why not cover it? Over time there are some other demos and unreleased stuff of theirs I’d like to cover
