I went through terrible things, growing up. God recently told me that He made me go through all of that. That He put me in this toxic family, not to hurt me, but to give me the desires of what He wanted me to have in a husband. So, growing up, with every bad thing that occurred, I prayed that my husband would have that strength or that personality. (And, I've always struggled in school and college...), but God told me He made me go through those struggles , even in school to lead me to this man that I met this school year.
