Got to see these guys in a small club in Rochester, NY after they released their first album. It was quite a reality check for all the local musician friends of mine who were there too. Amazing band. 🤘🎸🎤🥁🔥

@@bobbydrex5268 I had friends who worked at the HOG, so I was able to bypass the line of people waiting to meet them and I got pictures & autographs from them. Even got to meet Eric after the show. Billy had a lot of people there so they didn’t leave right away. It was a great day. 🤘

That was sad...hey they said over there that he played with Robert Plant...I will have to look back at what they were talking about as I did not see anything in his discography including that. Might you know what what was about?

I remember seeing Billy Sheehan ( bass player) in “ Talas” back in the mid 70’s. It was apparent , even then that he would go on to great fame and recognition. Go get em Billy! Love from Buffalo, NY.

I love that, with just guitar, bass and drums, they were able to cover all the parts in a song that originally had TONS of sequenced synth parts and an epic violin solo in addition to the traditional rock instruments... well done...

How could Billy Sheehan figure out John and whistles exact base tone, style, and licks? We fast forward 30 years later and Pino Palladino doesn’t hold a candle to what I am seeing and listening to right now. The who needs the pack it in. $300 a seat to see half of a band?
