#chechnya #turkey #streetinterview In this video I ask Chechen people in Grozny (capital of Chechnya), What they know or think about Turkey and its people.
As an Adyghe from Turkey I'm sending my warmest hugs to Chechenya, we as Caucasus diaspora (Abkhazians, Chechens, Karachays, Ossetians and much more) still stick together since the Great Exile, no matter where we are. Hope you are happy in the motherland as well, we fell apart two centuries ago but are still siblings.
I would like to thank all my Chechen brothers and sisters who shared their opinions about my country and my nation. I always wish you to meet the most beautiful people of Türkiye. We love you ❤️ 🇹🇷🇧🇪 Not : Please add the Turkish subtitles option for more visibility in Türkiye. Thank's
It warms my heart when I hear Chechens speak Chechen. Unfortunately it’s 50/50 on your videos, many speak only Russian. That’s why people think our language is similar to Russian.
I am of two minds about the Turks. Some are extremely arrogant and mean people, while others are the complete opposite. When a Turk looks at a person, he sees his wallet naked. When they find out that I am a Chechen, the attitude immediately changes for the better, they immediately start talking about Dzhokhar Dudayev and Shamil Basaev, they confess their love to the Chechens. But this is after they find out that I am a Chechen, before that they don’t treat me very well, since I live in a place where the Kemalists have a very significant power, and they don’t have sympathy for foreigners. Although there is nothing to blame them, since this is their country, and they do not want foreigners to settle it. I would also not want about five million Syrians in Chechnya.
As a Scandinavian, that's what I fear about going to Turkey. That it would be too much fuzz about money, tourists' souvenirs, taxi rides and street markets. I just want things to be normal!😅
@@tjohanne Everything will be OK. You just need to know English, and be a little arrogant and stubborn, the main thing is not to deviate from your own, if someone told you some price, then try to lower it. And you also need to know what the prices are for this or that product so that no one deceives you.
@@Raz82000 Yes, not everyone here follows religion. Turkey is mainly a Muslim country, but not everyone is devoted to their faith, there are observant Muslims, but they mostly do not live in tourist areas. Everywhere there are people adequate and not adequate.

My ancestors are from the loam Akkiy clan. Oytkh Hazi Nekhe "Family". Only my grandfather in my family last spoke Vainakh mott. Why do I say Vainakh mott like that because... When my grandfathers came to Anatolia from those lands, there were no two separate nations in the Caucasus, namely Chechen and Ingush. Or Noxci and Galgai. My grandfather could not understand today's Noxci mott very well But Gaigai dialect was easier to understand to him i dont no why. My father made him watch videos before he died. At that time there was the war in those days and my grandfather cried a lot when he watched those images.

It is dissaponting that some people see us as a greedy taxi driver waiting for a tourist to scam at the airport. The people who see you as a wallet see us as a wallet too. These people exist not only here but every other touristic country. You can see street scammers in paris, homeless beggers in california, insistent food sellers in brazilian beach if you travel enough. Regular turkish people are just polite, uptight, a little aggresive folk. We care more about abstract stuff than materialistic stuff like money. I hope this helps you change your mind.

Turkish TV series generally do not reflect reality. I hope it will stop being marketed abroad without damaging the perception of my country too much.
It was a big surprise to me that most of the Chechens do not like Turks and Turkey very much, but they are as polite as possible when saying this.
Chechens treat Turkey very well, and remember their help during the recent wars.
