This is very poor job of re-sleeving a cylinder head, the actual process is very different bcz it involves heating the cylinder and shrinking the sleeve with cold it takes a precise amount of calculation and almost ration of heat and cold for re sleeving cylinder and perform effectively.
Nooooooo You must warm the cilynder and male the sleeve col. Than it will go inside with free play to align. In just 5 second than you align the port.. Why this people don t sue the head...

No! that sleeve is so loose it will not be able to dissipate its heat to the cylinder for cooling, and the worst is that sleeve will "Walk" and push out the head gasket. please nobody do this its a hack butcher job. great installation information can be had from either LA Sleeve or my boys at Advanced sleeve around the corner.
Sleeve installation kay baad kesi performance hoti hy RX115 ys 135 ki. Kuch loog kehtay hein 2stroke mein sleeve successful nahi rehti pick aur power mein faraq aajata hy. Aur piston bhi seize hota hy
