For your first step you could have use layout top instead of 3 over top. It's way faster and less consuming for the computer. You just have to check scale resolution.

do you know a way which i could control 4 projectors, 4 kinect sensors at the same time
with touch design

TD is compatible with multiple projectors, you can project 4 at the same time, to connect 4 kinect v2 (One), you need 1 pc per kinect, or buy the kinect v3 (Azure), which allows you to connect several in series, regards
