      To all asking abt Diet here, its no rocket science.You need to eat a balanced diet ( carbs, protien & fibre), drink 2 to 3lts of water, stay active, good 7 to 8 hrs sleep, less stress, cut down processed food and exercise and rest the body will take care .

    Too broke for a gym membership and realizing how badly I needed to get my heart pumping ( I gained 40 lbs 😮), I stumbled upon your videos. I needed motivation and the music of the Hrithik-Roshan mix video had me bobbing my head to it. I don’t speak the language but it’s a dancing good time. The positive energy that you radiate pours through the screen and makes me feel like I’m there and one of the girls having a great time. I love watching you all freestyle dancing at the end. Thanks to your videos I’m exercising, hearing new music I would have not found on my own, as well as taking in the beauty of another culture. You are a beautiful soul, never change.     I saw your videos befor 3 months....tab main just 15 days hi kar payi thi ye workout..becoz main hostel main thi toh prblm hoti thi ...but aab main last 1 month ( Sep 6 to Nov 6) se proper follow kar rahi hoon aur main ne almost 5 kgs weight loss ki hain ( 55.6 se 50.9 )🥰 and mera height 5.2 hain...mera target 48 kgs hain...I believe that main kar paungi😊😊
    1.Main 1 hours exercise kar rahi hoon
    2. Diet
    3. 16 hours intermittent fasting
    4. 7-8 hours sleeping

    Thank you. This has really helped my mental well being. This is my first “dance” exercise video in probably over a year+ due to injuries.
