@@Q2HAN the reason why It tasted barbequey is because you used Hunts original tomato catsup. I suggest you try first with banana catsup and only half of the sugar you put in the video before maybe deciding to put it in your menu. Us, Filipinos, if there's no banana catsup available, then we don't put catsup at all. We just use sugar instead. But I'm sure, yours tasted mightily good.

chicken adobo is joshua hong's (from seventeen) favorite filipino dish! he said that he grew up around filipino friends and would often eat the dish when he's with them when he was still in america. also a pro tip when cooking chicken adobo, it's better to use chicken legs (it would taste so much better)!

You can substitute sugar with condensed milk for richer and creamier taste, and for Adobo you can reduce the amount of soy sauce and put more water in it to lessen the saltiness. Btw you did a great job!🥳 WE LOVE YOU TWINS!💜💜

I love how you tried to find the right ingredients (especially in adobo) cause it will surely give you the authentic taste. thumbs up with the silver swan and datu pati sauces even the dahon ng laurel (laurel leaf)! though just a comment on the jollibee spaghetti, usually Filipino style spaghetti don't have bellpeppers so got shocked a littleㅋㅋ but yours looks so good and close to it! and also!! maja blanca is pronounced as 'ma-ha' if no one have mentioned it to you before~ really love this content by you so good job and you've both worked hard! see you again in manila soonest please!!
