In this video we have solved North west corner cell method, least cost cell method and VAM method in the easiest way, please try to watch the complete video to get the clarity about this topic.
Note:
Some books refers that in case of Tie in the penalties, we can select the cost randomly and proceed further. That is what we followed in this video. but some books refers that in case of tie in the penalties we should follow some steps to select the cost. One thing I would like to point out. From two cells having equal cost, we just can't pick anyone of our liking. We have to see where we can make maximum allocations and choose that one. Otherwise, the tutorial was good.
If the two supply is same which are maximum then which supply is to pick?

Awesome tutorial :) .. just one thing ... in last step of least cost method . I took the different 3 and got a final answer of 2850. which I later solved via excel solver and got same answer 2850.
