That complete change at 3:10 is truly a trademark of yours, and I love the way the music changes and evolves. I've been a fan since your first songs, you and I've never heard anyone as able as you in creating electronic music, I don't know you personally, but from what I can hear you craft your songs and sounds to most minute detail, in that sense you really are a craftsman of music, I'm always happy to see the notification when you make a new song, so, please, for our sake, and for music's sake too, keep doing what you are doing.

Le retour du Overwerk que j'aime, une musique complexe qu'on doit écouter plusieurs fois pour réussir à comprendre, des sonorités qu'on ne retrouve pas ailleurs le tout harmonieusement mixé.
Une musique qui s'écoute et se réécoute sans jamais se lasser ! J'espère que ça augure un nouvel album du genre !
Elle me rappelle Beyond un peu.
Je n'ai jamais aussi bien travaillé sur un bureau qu'avec ce genre de pépites dans les oreilles.
Excellent artiste musical, on ne fait tous que le répéter, ça ne fait que grandir son talent 🔥
C'est exactement comme ça que je le perçois, plus tu écoute une de ses musiques plus tu découvres des petites sonorités hyper bien calées et le tout rend quelque chose qui se complète parfaitement. C'est fou de me rendre compte que petit, j'écoutais des artistes comme Marshmallow et maintenant quand je les réécoute, je n'aime plus du tout : toujours les mêmes sonorités, mêmes basses, mêmes rythmes, mêmes synthés, mêmes émotions. Et la plupart des gens écoutent des artistes de ce genre car il y a des gros drop etc. Mais c'est tellement plus satisfaisant d'écouter des artistes comme Overwerk qui travaillent tellement sur chaque morceau. Si tu connais d'autres artistes comme lui, je suis chaud car je n'ai jamais vraiment trouvé aussi bien que lui. 😊

Your music has really become part of my life. I recorded some personal tapes with your music and play them on my walkman when traveling long distances by train. Enjoying the artistic music while the landscape rushes by is something that makes the trip way more interesting than the destination!

@@pmarreck Had to look up the word anachronistic, but yes it kind of is. I've made it my hobby to fix old HiFi and record music with them. I find it very amusing to see these old devices in operation especially when they still perform a function even though they have been surpassed with better tech many years ago.
@@tapehead-jeff Careful on older tape and VHS players though… The rubber in there will eventually wear out and necessitate a possibly difficult or expensive fix

at times I was hearing “I tried” or “I’m tryin” for some reason, but def could hear the “I’m fine”…but for sure says “apart” Then apart “apart of”

Its just like a praxinoscope spinning too fast so you cant make out what story the shadows are trying to tell, slowing down until you are able to see clearly.
Like when driving past a fence at high speed, and at some point the fence basically just disappears

Thank you for doing what you do. You mange to craft crisp yet gritty electronic textures like no other.
+++ 3 observations:
+ 1:34 • the synth that rips open on the first drop and oscillates/deteriorates back into quantized order.
+ 2:39 • the lead piano is the most evocative thing, love its introduction and presence throughout.
+ vocal manipulation always takes a moment to grow on me but it's done well here. It feels open to interpretation & projection, but I'm hearing the repeated mantra of "I'm trying".
I can't unhear "I'm trying" now, but it's acutally "apart - a part of" ^^

My comment analyzing statistics say that people enjoying their emotions with this music are the friendliest of it`s kind. Nice to think and mind visualise hypothetical events driven by the mood of the melodies. We all know why we love epic music. Makes you wishfull and have a virtual moment of YEAH feeling and feeling your heart rithm adjust at deep climax crossovers. The more you encounter trough life, especially the bad, the more emotions music triggers and the more you "dream".

Really liked this one. Loved how it kept adding and evolving just a little bit every minute, the variety of synths and melodies playing over the beat... Felt like a mix between your old work and your newest songs, there is nothing I like more than getting to experience that early OVERWERK vibe combined with your more sophisticated/mature production.
