Love! Thank you. Male with bad ankle/foot tendonitis, love this kind of low/no impact work as I am rehabbing. Also trying to reduce the stigma that this is only stuff women should be doing! I know many men who scoff at Pilates/yoga/stretching, but trust me, if they tried this, they wouldn't be able to finish or would be definitely feeling a good burn!!!!

Oh I am so excited to start your workouts! I am in my 50s, I was born with club feet (both feet) and after surgery at 2yo, I now have severe arthritis which nothing can be done about. Staying off my feet as much as possible, and particularly avoiding impact is so important to retaining my mobility and minimising pain. Thank you thank you thank you for providing these routines that I can simply follow at home! My goal is to benefit long term from these workouts, rather than recover from an injury. I hope to update you with my progress as I go :)

This year I happened to get two injures in both feet (surgery is postponed due to quarantine) I am so thankful for your workouts that are in the chair and on the floor. I found your hurt foot workouts yesterday and have done three so far! - as I commented on another of your workouts, I hurt my ankle/foot in a marathon on Sunday and had to drop out. Not only was there the initial disappointment but then I faced being housebound as I can't walk on my foot let alone run. I had adapted a couple of my home pilates and core workouts but then I found yours. So grateful! I'll keep coming back to this one even when my injury is long gone, as it's a great workout. I tore my achilles and I am 10 weeks in. Started doing the bike and walking a bit more, but PT told me to take it a tad easier. Your workouts have been a life saver....I can't begin to thank you. Great workout!! I did this on today. I had foot surgery 2 weeks ago and am used to doing really tough cardio workouts. This one was not a lot of cardio but kicked my butt. She does great workouts for those people who are having issues with your feet

Ive always been a fitness fanatic and played many sports growing up, particularly though footy and male dominant sports. Refused to take any dance lessons because they were too girly! đ But as I've grown older and have had to rehabilitate several injuries from the rough, contact sports, I've really grown to appreciate low impact, gentle styles of exercising such as barre and pilates! Does wonders for the body and oh my, do they really sculpt a feminine physique! Something I've totally lacked all my life and couldn't understand why, until recently when I began incorporating this style of training in my regime. I'm one converted tomboy here đ

I've recently had a major foot surgery, and have been unable to walk for an entire month. Let alone, leave the house for two weeks. Your videos have really helped me keep a positive mind set, and your upbeat wonderful energy is an additional benefit and sunshine to my day!

Thank you Caroline. I struggle wit tail bone skin stress with some floor exercises, such as sitting in v-position etc, thus any tips to prevent to much skin shafing in these type of floor exercises is good. I sometimes sit on two knee cushions with a slight gap between them and that helps but makes some exercises harder to accomplish. Thank you again and again for making my muscles burn!
