I absolutely love the handling of GRID Legends. I played a lot of racing games, but the way cars handle in Legends just feels so damn good. Cars have some weight to them, the sense of speed, everything.
i agree, its like Grid Autosport on roids
IMO 2019 has better colour shaders this making it look more realistic. Technically legends has better gfx, but unrealistic

u cant even see the feet activity on first person view in grid legends..... grid 2019 for the win... the new one its ok for the story witch lacks on 2019.. but 2019 its better for me .

Funny how Legends requires only 31.6 GB HDD space and 2019 77.1 GB.

Mate you don't need to call it hdd space, just say storage xD also the amount of storage is almost nothing if you have 5 terabytes of storage like i do
Mate do I care? English is not my native language. I have 14 TB of storage and still don't like when games are badly optimized.

Underrated game, underrated editing skills.
Hey there. Grid Legends, got feel of speed and dynamic. It's brighter. Locations look more fun and not sad and boring like this in GT7. On Grid Legends locations look more beautiful and graphics is more cooler. Full of details, full of colors. Driving mechanics is fun. You can take it full arcade way of gameplay or more sim racing when you turn of driving helpers.
It's cross platforms. It's have a story mode, that reminds me of Capitan Tsubasa :) Feel real but have great emotions in it. Every race is fun. AI drivers feel so real that I have a feeling that they are a real players. This is the very best racing game ever created, period. It's fun, and games need to be fun :)

Grid Legends looks better on most tracks colors, reflections & track detail is better. Darker tracks & night races look better on old Grid. New Grid still worth the update!

At 13:06 the rear view on Legends look weird, at least on this car.
I just love the chase cam of legends. Feel way more lively than 2019 imo.
Great opinions from everyone. I found myself liking Grid 2019 more since it seemed more realistic looking and car engine sounds are sharper less muffled or turned down....
while Grid Legends sometimes has more eye candy effects artificially looking better at times, and car physics look different and sometimes better when breaking car & shifting, car moves up and down on screen while staying still in Grid 2019. Sometimes buildings look better in Legends while most times things seem sharper in 2019. Difficult to say which is better overall ...found myself liking one over the other in different scenes - a mixed bag basically. Not sure which I prefer more...if I could have both take them both...or Take Grid 2019 if you can only have one.

Im dissapointed with Legends...its ok until you go back and play the other one. I played Paris on Grid 19 and Grid Legends straight after and I can tell you that Grid19 is waaay better in every way.
Firstly the sound on Legends is very poor in comparison..no loud tyre shrieks or basey thumps on the collisions, muffled muted tunnel runs and hardly a mumble from the commentator on nemesis call outs!?
Theres no round based tournaments for mates to enjoy in private..just straight races..one slot at a time, no multi cam replays, just a crowd cam, and no snow..only drops of rain on the windscreen (the only snow you see has already laid!)

I've only played 2019 between the two. This video seems to show much better times compared to AI in Legends, like nearly 3 sec difference just on the first time check over GRID 2019. The handling sort of looks the same, but I have to ask, why the huge disparity in sector times? Do the cars handle better or drive faster in Legends, or is Legends just more generous in how player times compare to AI times? I also agree with what others are saying about graphics. GRID 2019 looks more realistic, and the tarmac is even more detailed without looking blurry like in Legends. I'm really kind of surprised by this. It reminds me of Supercross 3, which came out in 2020, but is patterned after the 2019 AMA Supercross season. It looked great like GRID 2019, but the 4th and 5th game don't look as good, or as realistic. I have to wonder if this is quality downsizing since COVID and the other global problems we've had lately.

if you see the speedometer, in grid 2019 before the first corner my car top speed is 280kmph, while in grid legends before the first corner my car top speed is only 250kmph. i haven't test all the cars but that subaru in grid 2019 has better acceleration than subaru in grid legends. both are being played with default setting tho
@@whatthevic Then the only explanation for the first sector time shown in Legends being nearly 3 sec faster compared to the AI is that Legends must be made easier to play, with less aggressive AI times. This I'm not surprised about, because even some of the vehicle roster and events types in Legends, some with electric power ups I'm told, looks more arcade.

Grid legends interior cam at rain is the best i have seen in any racing games out there its so good like every other racing game should adopt it and car feels like they are going at high speed more in legends than grid 2019
In grid 2019 the sounds are much better

Running in person is totally different. The resolution, lighting effects , particle effects, and frame rate are superior on Legends compared to Grid (2019). That’s not to say grid (2019) didn’t look great it’s just legends have stepped it up a notch or two.
Grid legends is doing to Grid (2019) what GT7 is doing to GT Sports. It’s a step up in visuals but not a massive overall, just more like refining what was already there.

@@joffhall81 Dissagree. I just played Grid and Legends and compared Paris. I even took screenshots of the environment to prove my point to a m8..the detail on eg. the Eiffel Tower is waay better on Grid2019...theres even more crowds by the barriers. The car sounds are terrible also compared toG19.
Please just check yourself...theresno way you can say Legends has better sound.

Grid hasn't been good since Toca Race Driver 3. It's garbage now. Graphics are better in Legends, it's warmer and more realistic color pallette. Vehicle sounds are better in Grid 2019, by a long shot.

Pretty sad they didn't change much an Grid legends has the potential to be probably the best racing game of 2019 if they just hadn't wussed out on the graphics. there is alot to do in Legends. i dunno why they wasted graphics power on 1 dimensional silohettes of humans.

This post absolutely pointless. I just changed the contrast settings on my 1440p monitor and they both look EXACTLY THE SAME!! Sound is neither here or there.

Die 2008 er Version aktuell zocken im vs mit Grid / 2019 und Grid Legends würde mit Sicherheit kaum Gamer interessieren . Habe das Spiel inklusive XB360 , zocke es nie ... Warum auch , habe es 2008 gezockt , das reicht mir . Mir gefallen CM Spiel wie DTM Race Driver 1 , 2 und 3 besser definitiv besser als Grid 2008 .
