How do you handle connecting the tweeters and woofers to the crossover network. Do you have to drill into the door or do you tap into the factory wiring somehow.

I generally use the factory wires. Most customers prefer it. I have run wires on some of them.

I would have done a wide band on the dash and not a tweet. Too much separation because of the distance between speakers. Audison AP2 or something like that

I've done those before. The customer is thinking of doing a 3 way in the future, also a tweeter can play higher in the event that he needs it.

@@henryv7517 the AP2 plays pretty low, so there are a number of 6 1/2 you can go with. You can cross the AP2 around 500 Hz @ 24 dB per octave . It all comes down to how much power you use. Audison AP6.5, Hertz ML 165.5 and many others.
