Can you post a video of you riding at the canter? The speed or cadence of your canter will help you sit more deeply in the saddle. Try slowing down and riding on a circle until you get your rhythm. A long leg will help you sink in to the saddle.

I ride western and to me it is difficult to stay put in the saddle during a canter. I am bouncing all over. Any advice?
