I have the same bracelet. I just got it today. And I took it out the box. Plugged it in and it stared to vibrate. It then showed "hello" and went thru the other previews of home screen but will not charge. It just sits there and vibrates and goes from "hello" to game screen and won't charge
Most likely the watch is slipping out of the charging holder. and the contact is not properly touching, that's why ur keeping on getting the "Hello" start up screen. Try to stick a small musking tape in the charger so when you plug in the watch it will stay snug in the charger. if you still having the same problems it might be the watch or the charger is defective. If you have a spare charger you can test it. If not better get a replacement or refund from your seller.
I have charged my watch for the recommended hours. And it does turn on while plugged in but once take it off the charger it stays on only for a few seconds then turns off.. did I get a bad watch?. Or am I doing g something wrong. Great video also thanks

The BT in the watch is in all the time. U need to use the app to connect with the watch. U can't connect directly to the watch from ur like other devices. Please see video how to connect using BT

There are many manufactures that produce the same watch. And they use different App to connect to the phone. Download "Lefun" app in play store to connect to your phone.

Did you insert it in the correct side or is it on the opposite side and the charging contact points is on the outside without touching If its on the correct side and still not charging, might be the contact is lose, try pressing down on the watch see if that works. If its charging means the adapter is a bit lose. you can stick a tape on the watch before putting it into the charger or u can use a rubber band to hold down the watch. if still cannot charge means its defective. get a replacement or refund from ur seller.

Do check that the contact point is inserted into the charging adapter correct side. If the watch is slipping away from the contacts u can put a small piece of sticky tape on the sensor before sticking the watch in the charging cable to prevent it from slipping away from the contact points.
For new watch You need to change it 8-10 hours. Don't turn all notification, close the ones that u don't need. Set screen display at shorter time. If u keeping checking Ur HR, BP & O2 use it from Ur phone.
@@SCSilk it should last 2-3 days of normal use. Heavy use about a day. The set u bought might be having battery issues. Get a replacement from Ur seller nor a refund.
Which website you bought it from? Best to buy from a website that has return / refund option. Most of this cheap electronics from china have QC problems.
