- We are always looking for interesting cars, people, and businesses to film our Owner Spotlight series. After our disaster of a MK5 R32 project, Bryson reached out to offer us a bumper to make our car look a little better. After seeing all of the amazing things he works on, we knew we had to let him tell his story. 380 Industries mainly builds Porshue for clients, but on the side, Bryson has fun by building offroad Porshues and R32s. Not only that, he has made his mission to make a fleet of R32s for his friends with matching Thunder Bunny front bumpers. He says this is the bumper that SHOULD of come on the MKV R32. His work is incredible! Fab, paint, and many hours of attention to detail make these cars amazing!

I have a mk5 R32 and i love the original bumper. The thunder bunny front end looks horrendous and out of place.
Same here, well I don’t think the TB bumper looks that bad but it looks a bit odd. I do love the OEM bumper on my CW MKV R. The overall look of all those Rs in the video is awesome though.
I just wish the middle of the bumper wasn’t chrome and was painted

I was just at a meet with my r32 this weekend and some girls found out it was auto and immediately thought it was disgusting and worthless, but people like you make me happy about the car❤️

I bought an r32 a few weeks ago and told one of my friends. When I told her it was an automatic she lost all interest. Crazy

GA is probably the best state for a VW enthusiast. Tons of expert shops, events, and like-minded people. Add to that the great YT content creators like DAP and HM. Wish I had picked up the R32 I saw with under 100k for 10k around 2020, but glad I got my MK7.
Even the old stuff. Air Cooled Technologies in Cleveland does some amazing work.
Very cool to see this! Big thumbs up! As a HUGE MKV guy myself, I really like seeing this. I don't like the Thunder Bunny front bumper at all and totally agree with it being brittle, but I can appreciate the passion for sure. I like seeing the lines on a car flow and the Thunder Bunny front bumper needs the whole kit in my opinion. The side skirts and rear are beautiful, and flow nicely with the ED30 lip for the Jetta/GTI bumpers. That's what I'll be doing on my Fahrenheit. I totally agree with the passion/magic part. This has encouraged me to get back to my MKV projects.

I would get flamed a lot back in '16 for that DSG take but it's true. I don't need a clutch to prove my manliness.
That's why I love my MK5 GTI. Not an R32 but still an MK5. It's got a Swapped MK6 Golf R engine, has the CTS Big Turbo FSI kit with Precision 5858 turbo, RS4 Injectors, Torqbyte PM4, TT-RS LPFP, Snow Perf Stage 2 W/M, kit and custom tuned, and Southbend Stage 3 daily clutch, other mods done to it. It's the garage king. Not driven often. But once I drive it, just bring smiles to the face
Great video, always and still want an R32 for my own. Love and miss the VR6 that I once owned. Greatest sounding engine I have ever had the pleasure to own. Great to see people out there keeping them alive.

When I was shopping for my TDI Cup in 2010, it was DSG only. It always felt like the perfect pairing to me and I’ve had ZERO regrets with my choice. 13+ years later, and I still have that car (with the TB body kit, of course).
If you ever lose your mind and end up wanting to sell that bumper let me know haha

Wow in Ga, and the Porsches i saw at the 4WD meet. Is it possible to see some of the R's sometime? Always been my dream car and had a r32 swapped 2003 GLI but the ECU died and i was left high and dry

I thought I was weird! I'm 45 years old, wanted a air cooled Porsche 911 since I was 5. Was close to buying a 911 about 7 years ago before prices sky rocketed and now drive a R32 and love it. Hoping to one day get the 911 but needing an R32 still in my life, it puts a smile on my face everytime I drive it.

Those cayennes setup for proper off roading are quite an intriguing proposition. They sell at the Auctions where I live (Australia) for a few thousand, might look at building one and see if there is any interest

I prefer the stock MK5 bumper over that Thunder Bunny all day. MKV in black, all stock just with the milltek exhaust is perfection.
Had a corrado vr6. Nice sounding motor but they are slow for the fuel consumption and engine size

Thunderbunny bumpers are cool. But the middle grill has always bothered me…it needs to be 30% less tall. Always thought they overkilled it in that sense.

I own a k04 mk6 GTI and mk6 R both, but really thinking of adding an mk4 R32 to the stable in the near future.
