excellent review. have to agree with your take that these are really board dependent. I found them way too stiff for some boards as an average rider just looking to have a good time.

Ever since I saw the video Union put out for the 2025 Union Falcor bindings I’ve been so excited to get them for a couple new boards I’ll be getting for the coming season. They massively improved the Falcors, I’m stoked

Great review!! I'm a super fan of the ultra, but I want to buy an option more responsive as an alternative to my actual ultras, do you think this could be a good option, or the force could be better?

Thanks. Yeah both the Force and Falcor can work. They are great bindings. Go Force if you want a little better reliability, adjustability and Versatility with all types of boards. Go Falcor if you want that same feel/flex underfoot but want more response.

Dang, I was hoping these were going to be a home run. I’m looking for a responsive surfy binding for my Kindred full rocker pow board I use in heavy snow on Vancouver Island. Bataleon Atom, Rome Katana were other options I was thinking about. Do you have any standouts that would fit that description?

Both the Atom and Katana's are great options for what you want. I would have recommended both. The Strata, Force and even the Ultra could work really well too.

Are you reviewing the Nidecker Supermatiic Carbon any time soon?

Sorry but not yet. Nidecker said they were shipping a bunch of stuff but then didn't send me anything. I think my contact forgot and I was too slammed to follow up. Will try to get on em first snow

What a shame it’s mini disc and not the hybrid. Seems like an amazing balance between flex and responsiveness

Any opinions on the Union Strata? Looking to pair it with the Yes Standard 151.
Im 5"6, 160pounds. Size 7.5us boot. Great vid mate. Always look forward to your vids. Great info.either the Strata or looking at the Burton Cartels X.

Thanks! Don't get any binding with mini-disc for the Standard. It has set back inserts like I talk about at 7:09 - No SetBack Inserts. Instead Union Force with full size discs would be excellent for that board.
