@@aiswaryasunilkumar4248 It's because overall they have more practical and real life based learning which are relevant rather than just loading students with boring same old theories.Plus UK and US allocated billions of funds to universities for research unlike India.You can find various research topics here and scientists and professors you can work under.

Ofcourse you can manage your whole living expenditure in london with your part time... While you can also save money from the part time.
