- We've been in Siquijor for a few days now and these are so of THE BEST OF SIQUIJOR PHILIPPINES 🇵🇭 and better the more we explore! From our incredible stay at the Bermuda Triangle Bungalows, to our adventures to the lesser known Locong Falls, to what is quite possibly the BEST BURGER IN ALL OF THE PHILIPPINES (that we've had so far), in this vlog we share it all with you!

Geez you guys stay in the best of places. Loved it. Fantastic camera and drone work. I love those walking tracks and the location of the Locong waterfall such a romantic spot. I'm sure the subbies love being taken to places they probably had no idea existed. What a lovely place that Monkey Business is with ambience second to none, and the SIZE of those burgers WOW!! Add in some great live music and you two singing along, always an attraction for me. Absolutely loved it. Thankyou again Will and Jose 🤩
STEVEN 🤗🤗🤗 we’ve been so grateful to have been invited to stay at these places that speak to our love language for Mother Nature 🥹😌❤️. We were soooo taken back when we first arrived to the fall since the locals looked so surprised to see foreigners. She guided us through their little town and deep into the jungle and that’s when we knew we hit the jackpot 😌. We could have stayed for hours but we didn’t want to keep her waiting for us and our shenanigans lol. You would have also loved the restaurant, all the food looked amazing as it passed our table but as American as we are, we knew we had to get the forehead size burgers 🍔🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thank you so much steven for this heartfelt message and it’s a great reminder of why we love doing these vlogs. We love you and look forward to having you on the next adventure 😆😆😆

Doesn’t always have to be the latest and greatest or most famous and expensive. No expectations. Be adventurous. Simple things give the most memories and pleasures. Life is about spontaneity. The island is soooooooo calming Eric. Many Filipinos refer to it as a hidden gem that hasn’t caught the tourism wave. It’s filled with many Filipinos and we only saw two other foreigners during our time on the island.
It could have been because of the Bermuda grass, a popular type of grass used in Philippine landscaping, just my guess. Perhaps they heavily used Bermuda grass in that resort.

Oh my word! That is so pretty place!!! That bathroom is gorgeous... i will get this idea once i live off the grid after my retirement 😅 and Jose, im sorry you cant swim. But what you can do is, if you have empty gallon of water, where ever place you are, just ask the owner or the staff, you can use it as your float and you will enjoy the water 😊

Wow it looks like the Bermuda and the Mandala shop at the same place! They have so many of the same items. From the square lamps, to the tables and chairs, the bed, the shower head etc. I wonder if they’re owned by the same people/groups.

But don't forget to check Kaparkan falls in Abra :) You will love the beauty of the Kaparkan falls.
Awwww, we so wanted to visit Pagsanjan Falls when we were there Izay 😩 but it rained an entire day when we were there so it cut our trip short and we went to Hooligan the day after! It truly was an incredible secluded and VERY peaceful waterfall Amalia 😍. The trek to get there was actually very deceiving because it felt like it kept going and going and going 🤣 but it was so worth it and we truly had the entire place to ourselves (minus a few local children who live there)!! And honestly, we just ask the locals and or look at spots on the map that aren't the top places to visit 🤣 which end up being our favorite spots!! Again, thank you so much for all your kind words. You came to that water spot at the right time. I’ve seen the place on so many other vloggs and it’s usually packed. People have to wait in line to use the rope swing.
We went on Friday morning and we were shocked 😳 by how “empty” it was. Of course there were Filipino tourists but for the most part they swam and left onto the next destination. It was so nice to just be able to relax and hear the people screaming off the swings lol

Im so late. U know what you guys made me think of. You two can make a sustainable livelihood out of this. You two can make arrangements contact local tourism, arrange package tours for expats or foreign tourist like yourselves. A friend does this but caters local tourists pre covid. She goes on tour with them by batches. So per tour would be around 10 heads. She offers packages on certain dates. Great to see u again enjoying nature.
Your edge youre a team you have each other. One can be the PR one makes sure all details on the trip is laid out.
This is actually something the both of us talked about some months ago before we even got to the Philippines haha. Something along these lines anyway. If only there were life jackets on site 😅🥹. The waterfall was empty that day Adel, not many tourist visit the falls we went to that day so they don’t have any life vest. I just need to get my butt into the water and learn how to swim 🏊🏽♂️

I love this island adventure so much. What a fun name for the lodging! Nobody talks about the Bermuda Triangle anymore so to see this name took me back to my Indiana childhood thinking someday I’d be lost there 😂 cause you know that’s a super rational thought but I was like ten years old and a big dreamer.
Jose, go find a pool close to you that you’re comfortable in and just start paddling in a place where you aren’t in water over your head, that’s how I learned to swim. I couldn’t win any races but I can save myself and have fun in the water.
