Wanna point out, that blacephalon and stakataka are not available shiny. Only buzzwole, pheromosa and xurkitree are new shinies.

Useful ones like Guzzlord, Kartana, and Xurkitree and the main course being Necrozma.
Nihilego is #1 non mega poison attacker and a decent rock attacker. Poison may be niche but fairy types can suck to take down if you lack other strong steel types (or if they take neutral from steel).

You need 1000 to fuse ether for but I’m not sure how much energy it will give

When you defeat dawn and dusk you will encounter Necrozma and you will get some solar energy or moon energy after defeating them
