Sir if outdated machinery is replaced with new machinery then will it be included in calculating cost of quality
Sir, Aapne Market Research ko Prevention Cost ka example bataya hai.... But Appraisal Cost means "Cost of Checking if things are correct". So Market Research coat to Appraisal Cost ka example hua na??? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Mr.Aryan, in world class manufacturing industries what is the benchmark (in terms of sales %age) for these quality cost elements? Expecting an early response on this query.
Typically a COQ of < 1 % of sales are considered as World Class. But might vary , as on what all cost components you take and how do you compare.
