Here are my strategies that helped me to restore my lost hair:
a. Avoid excessive heat products on ur hair & scalp,
b. Keep your scalp clean,
c. Do apply reactivate hair growth serum by liitleexttra,

e. Go for a homemade hair mask,
f. Avoid combing on a wet hairs,
g. Take proper nutrition plan & prefer home foods only, and avoid outside foods like fried foods, oily foods, bakery food items etc.,
