  • Arundel castle grounds and gardens have been part of British History and countryside since 1067 and remain to this day to fascinate and capture our dreams, with its medieval Gatehouse and Barbican, Norman keep.
A relaxing walk around the beautiful grounds that are filled with tranquil gardens for you to feast your eyes on. Arundel Town is just a few hundred meters from the entrance gate, again steeped in History, waiting to be discovered.

It certainly is Dominic, very beautiful place to visit, shame they wouldn't let me film inside the castle.
Thanks for taking the time to comment, much appreciated.

Built by William the Conquerer in 1067. I have been inside many years ago and seen the rosary beads that Mary Queen of Scots took with her to the scaffold.
