Rinku Singh's knock in 2nd. T20 proved the fallacy of selecting Dubeji for world cup. Dubeji is good for IPL, that too on flat wickets and as Impact player only. He was totally exposed on slower wickets in West Indies.

For me Jurel and Sai Sudarshan misses out and Sanju and Dube comes in. Dube should be able to contribute with ball in these conditions. Sadly Jaiswal misses out for me coz I don’t want to thinker the top 3 that has performed so well and Gill is the skipper so can’t be dropped. Jaiswal will get ample chances but can’t drop Sharma or Gaekwad after the last match performance.
Dube walks in for Parag, Jaiswal maybe find a spot in main team inplace of gill, but since gill is captain Jaiswal has to sit out..
I agree with most of the people in comments that dube didn’t prove or doesn’t look fit to be in the XI. But he will definitely go with Washington sundar and Dubey as india is looking for proper pace balling all rounder and off spin all rounder

I do understand
But the best for team is to have 4to 5 main bowlers and 2 to 3 part time bowlers.
Batting line up should be at least upto no 8.
That is when our batsmen can play freely with lots of liberty.
Moreover Dube should be given chance because he player who needs confidence, he can be asset in middle overs especially against spinners.
He can also be a decent part time bowler like Sehwag if given confidence.As we don’t have many such options yet.
