- I really went ahead and made a Doopliss mod just for the funsies. Have fun and enjoy!
THIS IS A ONE-SONG DEMO AT THE MOMENT. It started as a one-song mod against Doopliss only, but we plan on adding more in the future and expanding on it to become a full-fledged Paper Mario TTYD x FNF mod! Keep an eye out!

Swapping control over to cursed bf after the blackout was super cool & creative!
The ratings should be the same as TTYD.
i love how, not only the BF changing to the shadow form just like the game it's based Doopliss, but also the NPC BF having slightly difference in his sprites just like when Doopliss tries to steals Mario's identity
It kinda looks like Doopliss as BF is losing his head, because it's stretching farther than it does with normal BF.
@@C-LuigiFan real bf has some mouth opening anims, while Doopliss bf doesnt have those, plus his right and left animations are swapped
@@ultrauno-u9710 Yeah I know there were other giveaways that's just the one I noticed immediately because it looked weird.
@@ultrauno-u9710 when bf is solid purple the animations are swapped too. cause aimation directs are reversed when on opposite sides
The Dooplis BF seems like he’s much more lively than the normal BF, there’s more movement in the sprites and stuff
Having Vivian as the GF is pretty perfect.

I love how doopliss has different animations when he's pretending to be you. It's slightly uncanny and he's leaning forward with hostile intent like the original
The little switcheroo where you suddenly have to play on the left side makes this mod more faithful to paper mario than anything in sticker star

Right before bf switched with the fake bf I was thinking to myself, "but in the actual game isn't the purple Mario actually the real Mario?" And then it did the thing I was thinking!
Yep, in the game, the purple one is technically Doopliss until after the fight ends, then they switch.

What a great remix with some really great art! I especially love the detail that Doopliss BF's sprites are a little more uncanny than actual BF's, but only to a very slight degree, just like in TTYD!
The motifs from both the boss fight and the encounter, the Vivian GF reskin, the BF animation change to insinuate that its actually Doo_liss and not the player, and that fact that you actually play as the purple fake BF is just amazing. I really hope that one day they'll be a full solid TTYD mod, cause this game brings so many memories, and I feel like there's a lot of potential with the characters in the game.
Paper Mario TTYD was always a classic.
Hopefully this comes up as one of the popular mods, cuz this deserves some special treatment!

This is absolutely perfect! You perfectly nailed it with this song, down to the slight difference in Doopliss BF's movements. I had goosebumps the whole time, and I am *highly* looking forward to whatever else will come out of this project!

TTYD is such a great game. I played it from start to finish a few months ago and it's a lot better than I remembered (but to be fair I was like 4y/o and I just jumped around Rougeport lol). The whole ordeal wirh Doopliss was so fun and strange and just...done right. Made backtracking actually enjoyable lol

this is just the coolest thing ever. With little things like the health bar icons reversing, the vocals switching places, it all adds up to this faithful mod!

DooPliss Theme is a banger in Thousand Year Door, glad someone made it, I also love you made the everything else here like the background, Vivian is here, there's thr crowd, DooPliss steals BF body & even the notes switch. gotta love this
Noticed that when fully in the form of BF, Doopliss' idle has a forward stare and is straighter, similar to how he's hunched forward when he stole Paper Mario's appearance.
He also mixes up his lefts and rights.
