There is one thing. Normally in any game I've ever played the queen of spades breaks hearts. Otherwise great tutorial.

Ninos Shaoul some varieties of Hearts use that rule. Just like the Jack of Diamonds counters points in a hand in some games variation. Also the Shooting the Sun rule. It all depends on who you are playing with if those rules are used or not.
