I can honestly say that these ladies are amazing. I saw them in Convention Hall in Asbury Park, NJ, on August 16th, 1977. It was the day Elvis died, and they did Led Zeppelin's "Rock and Roll" to close out the show and dedicated it to the King. Might I also suggest "Crazy On You" from this same time frame. There's a great video from '77 where Nancy plays a longer intro to the song.
Hi to the most beautiful little lady.I've seen in a little while love your reactions. This is a great song.I.'ve been a fan of this group since they first started and when they were young I had a crush on both of the sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson Ann sang Nancy sang back up and played guitar. They got a boat load of good songs. Barracudas, another. They wrote that in retaliation for the record label, saying that the sisters were having a incestual lesbian relationship. Crazy
Have you seen them perform "Stairway To Heaven" honoring Led Zeppelin at the Kennedy Center? Sweetie, as a child of the Sixties, I honestly thought we were entering the Age of Aquarius. Woodstock, Atlanta Pop, etc... thousands of people together in peace. I thought we could do it! Looking back at the history of mankind and at current events, I'm sad to say that I have accepted that we are a murdering, warmongering species. Always have been and always will be. Still, strive for peace and don't give up the struggle.
I had tickets to see Heart in concert in 1980 in Salina, Kansas. My plan was to be at the stage directly in front of Nancy. 😂 And I always got what I wanted. Well, until I got married that is. 😂 Anyway, for some unknown reason the concert was cancelled and my dreams of Nancy evaporated. 😢😂
You are puffing a bong. Weren't you same here? Smoking pancake weed like I mentioned though I've been into heart forever. I was 15 when that song was recorded net performance. They just showed you were lucky to see him live. I never got to see them unfortunately. Just on video no concertsearch but i've seen hundreds of other bands though
