All the cops and prosecutors involved in both the Avery and Dassey cases need to be in jail. Especially those slimeballs Kratz, Lenk, Colburn, and those officers who interviewed Dassey.
I hope Brendan's new lawyers can find justice for him.
I wonder why the A.G's office has not filed a tampering with evidence charge against Link and Coburn yet , it couldn't be more obvious and a complete investigation of the Manitowoc sheriffs dept. their all crooked and should be stopped . How many times have they done this and got away with it . Even when its obvious and presented to them , they turn a blind eye

These interrogations started back from the beginning back in November. So to act like this is the only time he was interrogated is misleading. This is what i call "the final draft" of what it took many failed interrogations to get to. Every time Brendan started out the same. He didn't see Teresa and he went home to play his PS2. The interrogators promptly stated I can't help if your lying so tell us the real truth.
Disappointed in not only Dateline but the rest of the news parties along with his nonexistent "lawyer " who lynched this poor kid. And Dateline...You of ALL of us SHOULD have known 10 years ago something was seriously Wrong. I watched that Netflix documentary 3 times and I still don't believe that a man would give up his freedom and literally being on the edge of winning millions. After Spending 18 years in jail for a crime he was innocent of.
I agree with everything you posted here. No one stood up for this kid anywhere along the line and were happy to let him take the wrap for a crime he obviously had no part in. The detectives who railroaded this kid should be prosecuted.

Kratz, who had to resign because he had been HARASSING-SEXUALLY a victim of domestic violence basically said that if evidence(the key)had been planted it was okay!! +frarfarf I think what is STUPID is that anyone could possibly think that planting evidence by the Manitowoc PD. would be okay. And for anyone else out there who thinks that the police are innocent, take a look at the Central Park jogger case. This kind of thing is not new. Police and Prosecutors get away with this all the time.
They should of done a test of making Brenden confess to things they know didn't happen just to prove they'd get the same results. I bet you I could get Brenden to confess to 9/11.

did you miss the part where Dassey had bleach stains on his jeans he said was from cleaning Avery's garage? On the exact same night of the murder. This isn't contested. They could have just burned the bedding. DNA doesn't just automatically nest itself to be found and it doesn';t get automatically get detected by forensic. It is possible to be in a room without scientific proof of it happening, this is not CSI, it is real life.
frarfarf yes I'm aware of the bleach, and sure they could have burned the bedding , but Brendan also said they used a mixture of gasoline , bleach and paint thinner to clean the blood lol take a look at what that mixture would do when they threw those clothes in the fire ! And it has nothing to do with csi - real life common sense tells you with that brutal of a murder its not possible to clean up all that blood ( which wouldn't be only contained in the sheets lol)
Oh and by the way, aside from Brendans BS confession they have no proof the murder even happened that night - actually read the evidence
+frarfarf You are incorrect on that statement. If in fact Teresa was stabbed in that small trailer, there would be blood splatter. The minute you retract the knife, blood would disperse. The droplets would probably be too small for the human eye to see but it would be there. There is also no splatter in the garage. Impossible to shoot someone at least three times and have no blood. Did you see all of the junk in there? No way they could clean that up.

This kid OBVIOUSLY was not intelligent enough to realize what he was saying! Those who can't see that are fools! They pushed him into saying something he didn't even understand. This and the key are important facts that show Avery may very well be innocent!

Watch the video Feb 27th Fassbender & Wiegert questioning Brendan. We know this boy was railroaded but this is do obvious Do you really think people are that stupid that they are not going to notice a whole 38 minutes cut out of a video?. Sarah Bucket tbh I believe the doc made kratz look like an enemy. The reveal of his sexting was made to make viewers mad at him more. And even though I like to know that info and the fact I didn't like kratz, the sexting scandal wasn't necessary.

BS Leah Pfeifle, Brendan wont say that the victim was shot in the head BECAUSE HE AND STEVEN shot her. Steven was such a low life and to such an extent that he coerce his dumb nephew to partake in the crime. Steven abused Branden, but you are mad at the cop's?? Nice job attacking the cop's lady, when it was them that solved this murder. So let me recap for you, the victim was shot in the head several times, by both Steven and Brendan shot her. So what you see here in this interview of Brendan prior to him being arrested is him trying to avoid incriminating himself! I clearly understand Brendan was led down a bad path by Steven, and Brendan was afraid of his evil uncle, but Brendan knew what he was doing was wrong, and thus he is culpable just like any other 16 yearold when they commit adult crimes.
