INGREDIENTS:
PALAKANG BUKID HALF KILO
GARLIC
ONION
GINGER
SEASONING MIX
SUGAR
GROUND PEPPER
BLACK PEPPER POWDER
SOYSAUCE
OYSTER SAUCE
THAI CHILI
PROCEDURE:
*CRUSH AND CHOP GARLIC
*SLICE THE ONION
*SLICE THE ONION
*ADD OIL INTO PREHEATED PAN
*WHEN THE OIL IS HOT, IMMEDIATELY SAUTE GARLIC, SLICED ONION, GINGER STRIPS, SPRINKLE A PINCH OF GROUND PEPPER, THAI CHILI
*ADD HALF KILO OF FROG (PALAKANG BUKID) AND MIX
*ALSO ADD ESTIMATED 5 TABLE SPOON
OF SOYSAUCE AND VINEGAR
*PUT SEASONING MIX TO TASTE AND COVER
FOR 1 MINUTE IN MEDIUM HEAT
*AFTER 1 MINUTE, OPEN THE COVER AND ADD HALF TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER POWDER
*1 TEASPOON OF BROWN SUGAR
*MIX THEM ALL TOGETHER AND COVER THIS AGAIN UNTIL THE SAUCE WILL DECREASE
*WHEN THE SAUCE DECREASES, OPEN THE COVER
*MIX AND ADD 55 GRAMS OF OYSTER SAUCE
*MIX THIS AGAIN, COVER AND COOK FOR
1 MINUTE MORE IN LOW HEAT
*AFTER 1 MINUTE, OUR "ADOBONG KOKAK" IS ALREADY COOK
*TRANSFER INTO SERVING PLATE
*SERVE AND ENJOY!!!
