I am 58 years old and I am so picky about the songs that I listen to. I have listen to country all my life and I'm getting to where I hate country music. And when first time I heard Imagine Dragon it made me happy the songs made me feel like they had a meaning and a purpose. And his speeches are meaningful and Powerful. And depression is true I've been through some depression and the Lord help me through it and gave me strength.
I surely hope that you’ve gotten to the other side, and found the purity and beauty..& the pure beauty, along with the beautiful purity.
After that all there is left to say is that there is NO way around it…as humans we all seem to HAVE to hit the wall - or the bottom or whatever…we gotta go THRU the bulls-t to get to the beauty. No other way. And … we can be carried, we just need to ask.

Edit: Okay i think there are a few people who think i don't know where i comment about.
But i know that Feelings. I had a fight with Depression and anxiety. I tried to Kill myself and thought i'll be alone forever. At the time of the comment i had a long fight, therapy and slowly found friends. I could slowly Start living. And today (15. Sept. 2021) i have a Job friends and family. I know my Problems are a part of my life bit the don't control my life anymore.
I hope everybody who fight with these problems will find help and you finally live that life you deserved.

It's average guitar playing. Take a look at Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb (Pulse Live). The main guitar solo is just insane (it starts around minute 4:30 in most of the videos on yt).

the performance, the energy, the passion... all that you can hear while listening to their live performance.
i also highly appreciated the speech he hold during "Demons", i know thism ight sound a bit gloryfing but i feel those speeches are what makes live performances most memorable.
i felt immediatly the grief i felt as i heard the news of the suicide from Chester Bennington.
It seems to me that he had so much influence as he was alive and nowadays... well nowadays he has this influence as well.
Chris cornells and chester benningtons suicides brought upon us wave of change both with their music, with their passion and their love.
this band reminded me a lot of the linkin park shows.

What is so ... interesting ... is just how many of their tracks in this gig I have heard and know enough to sing (ish) along. They've been in my head for a LONG time. And when you get THAT feeling ... you close your eyes ... quietly smile to yourself ... and wait .. for the pounce .... and now you're somewhere else and in heaven ... high on the sound.

im coming back to this video several times a year and remembering the first time i saw it. it was around the time i became thier fan and so my dad. he told me to listen to what dan was saying, and these speeches saved my life multiple times, and helped me survive. as a result i was able to go to their two concerts, i will be forever grateful. for this video, for this band, for my dad who showed me it back in 2018
So good to see that many people are not recording with their phones, but just enjoying the concert and the moment. Cheers to them!

Acompanho a banda desde 2012 e toda vez que eles vinham ao BR me dava um aperto no coraçao pq achava que nunca iria vê-los. Quando saiu o line-up e eles estavam no msm dia que Muse (outra banda que eu gosto), eu pensei que eu tinha que ir de qualquer jeito. Dividi ingresso, passagens e outras despesas em suaves prestações e fomos eu e minha prima. Foi minha primeira vez no RiR e eu sempre morria de vontade de ir, ainda bem que criei coragem kkkkk eu ja era apaixonada por eles e depois do show o amor aumentou milhoes de vezes ❤

Christ Klinik well, for one, Queen couldn’t use auto tune, since it wasn’t invented yet lol. I love ID but I wouldn’t say they don’t use auto tune, they don’t use it often, and more for effect than to adjust his voice. Like an extra instrument. Again, love Imagine Dragons, I know all the lyrics to all their songs(yes even pre night visions, All Eyes is awesome) not trying to sound like I’m criticizing them, just make sure you get ur facts right 😂 (*and yes I know I’m replying to a 7 month old comment*)
thats huge stretch they arent aperfect band, night visions was a really good album, Smoke and mirros was soo-so, Evolve was okay, Origins is garbage tho, so no they arent legendary but they have good hit songs

Their songs have shown me more about what everyone goes through and they have helped me cope with many things. I'm not going into detail because this isn't a pitty party for me, this is a thank you to the band that has brought understanding and enjoyment to the world and a hope for the future of Imagine Dragons.

Best band ever...went to their concert last year in Arnhem, The Netherlands, and it was so fantastic...love almost every song of them. And his awareness concerning mental health makes him even more likeable...💖
