You can buy a paper towel holder from the dollar tree put a dish towel inside the vase to hold it in place. Make sure dish towel is not visible.
I love that her idea is a way to minimize waste and create two works of art with the materials!

Goodness me saw the picture in the promo and thought what a strange thing to put near art & painting. Don't get mad but thought it was a cross section of a uterus, but once I knew what it is, so very beautiful. Love your varied work

Mine always wind up with straight lines on the vases. Perhaps my paint is too thin. Anyway, your vases are beautiful! I will keep trying.
I love these colors the vase pours are my favorites. I do have a question, when I pour the paints stretch out I get more lines going up and down than across, are my paints too thin or too thick? Thank you for being such a great teacher I love these tutorials.

Gorgeous !! Was wondering how a glass hummingbird feeder would work out? With the resin coating would it be able 2 handle being outside ? I'm guessing after it sits 4 a while the smell (if any) is very faint ??
Depends on the brand resin you use. StoneCoat has an extremely low smell. In my opinion, the smell would be no worse than the "plastic" smell of most plastic store bought items.
Do you need to prep the vase before hand?
Do you seal when they are completely dry?
Can u use regular acrylic paint with floetrol?
You can use any pouring paint, including pouring paint your mix yourself

Marcy , Could I use Dish Washer safe Mod - Podge ?
I've tried that before and I really wasn't a fan. Just brushing it on took off some of the paint and even though I used 3 layers it did not feel like it would hold. That being said, it wouldn't hurt to give it a try on a vase you're not really attached to :)
