Take the table top and screw 4 black totes under it and drive two poles in with big I bolts bolted to the wood that will fit around the poles it will go up and down with water level because it floats and won’t float away bc the i-bolts will be secured around the poles hammer poles into the ground where you want it

What are you going to do if/when crawfish or plecos deside to dig through the mud walls of your pond which would then connect it back to the lake making your hard work pretty much pointless not having a crack just genuinely curious if youve thought about that or not
I think you shouldn't make partitions in the pond make it a single pond and keep only the catfish and arowanas,let the Pacu s stay on the pond they are now in

Try adding natural shading with plants to give the the option of getting sun or not and maybe add a second bridge over the small fish side
Try and connect pipe from lake to pond to keep it natural so the waters don’t get muddy during feeding

Make a box frame. Secure logs across. Make it that it sits just on top of the water but becomes a floating dock if the water rises..
