Though I left eating non veg years ago but was highly impressed with the way of cooking right from beginning to end. My maternal uncle was in Railways and lived whole life in Rajasthan and he used to cook almost same way. Funniest part was that we use to finish half of the mutton on pretext of tasting. 😁😁😁

you can control sweatness/sugar of potato or any onion curry.. its very difficult but one easy step to aviod this special useful for diabetes patient, just by add little amount of black salt/ kala namak in cooking those who hate salt with sugar ( specially on Indian dishes ) things turns magical... sweetness will runaway food will more tastey without garam masal also. Even though while you can just sprinkle the black salt on sweat potato it works beautiful without insulin.
