I just feel used. I pay the bills, my bank account is empty, he only works 2 hours a day or up to one day a week, he never showers or washes his clothes, it's always one excuse after another, he's rude, conniving, manipulative, nothing is ever his fault, everything is my fault. The only way to survive is to live separate lives in the same house. Financially, I cannot go anywhere else, plus I'm permanenetly disabled and fairly bedridden. What's next? Nothing?
I love that. He's totally right. John Grey is great. A good person and honest soul. Fulfilled his God given task. I always run from help, most of my problems I have created. I appreciate everything. I had to work out my horrible childhood traumas.

I think the opposite is true: you can be the best rapper, but not the best lyricist; hence, Drake. I think a part of rap has to do with the persona and the flash. Kendrick doesn’t need all of that, but he has the bars. You wouldn’t assume that Kendrick has a ghostwriter, or that rumors about him having a ghostwriter are true because we trust his pen- he is Pulitzer Kenny. Drake might be the biggest rapper out at the moment, but that title tends to get passed around depending on where we’re at in time. Lyrically, he’s not beating Kendrick.
Sexist and make people divided vs. Making ppl hold themselves accountable for their actions. Men and women are the same as adults and even with hormones and testosterone in the way it doesn't excuse anyone from treating there partner like shit. Prior generations hurt young boys that's why u get men as described in this book the same said of girls and women. We now live in a moment in time were many of us WEREN'T raised that ways so this book can't help you understand your partner as they probably were raised by 1 parent 2 parents malen female or both male or both female homes. This seem more of a book that was for adults of its period from when it was publishe in the 90's.
