As someone whos been gaming for 42 years, I gotta say that I was surprised when I started playing Raid and they allowed the use of RSL Helper. Very few games in my experience would allow you to run a macro. In fact, most will ban you for it. I only use the helper if I have lots of energy and no auto battles. As for the optimizer, I don't see any issues with it. It's not actually playing the game for you, it just makes choosing the right gear and optimizing your teams faster. I got burned too many times by Blizzard in the past, so I've never used RSL Helper or Optimizer, just in case Plarium suddenly turns schizo like Blizzard, as they apparently now have.
i was suprised also that rsl helper is/was allowed, i didnt want to take the risk. i use the HH site that doesnt do anything in the game

If Plarium included in the game RSLHelper and Optimizer do, we wouldn't need them. Include a scroll counter for Mino so we don't waste energy doing extra runs we don't need. Give us unlimited runs on dungeons and campaigns. No reason to limit the # of runs as long as youo have energy or gems to refill with. Many/most of use couldn't do any of these Fusions or tournaments without helper. Op[timizer? eh, I can live without it but it is useful sometimes.
I've been playing Raid for 4 years. None of those tools are needed. Helpful, sure, but not needed.

@@alondrahenderson1872 I work a 9-5. I don't have any issue playing Raid on my lunch or after work, to never be energy capped and using my CB keys. I also never buy things such as auto battles, energy, etc. If I do buy something, I focus on shards, nothing else. If you need RSL Helper to play the game for you, are you even really playing? I've seen people flat out state that they would quit Raid, if RSL Helper wasn't a thing, which is rather sad, imo.

This was what happened to me. Hadn't run hhoptimzer in a while but had been running rsl. Exact same temp ban message, but my ban was for 72 hours. Got the same "cannot disclose" email after asking what specifically happened. running the full run of checks on my computer said nothing was wrong, have not used rsl helper since, but have actively been using the optimizer and have since been safe. over all this feels like bs
if RSLH gets banned, Plarium must remove the limit on auto battles. It's a product they sell in the game, but they need to remove it, auto-battle a game feature, and implement the auto-stop when 1 champion is maxed out. Otherwise you need to baby sit the game and click stop every time.
the best way to prevent Players (or most of them at least) from using 3rd Party Tools is to implement whatever "help" those tools provide into the game!
Most players who use RSL Helper for example, use it not necessarily as some kind of a "cheat" tool or to cause any harm. They use it to make some tedious and time wasting actions in the game more "optimized" and faster.
Expecting players to stop doing something that actually HELPS them is not a good way of dealing with this "issue".
Imagine sitting there all night - clicking battle when a tournament is on. Dumbest shit about the game. They need to optimise it for 2024 cause that mechanic is 1999.
At this point RSL helper is the only way to play this game and your progression will be slow without HH optimiser . These tools are absolutely necessary for this game , without these Raid will not survive.
If plarium decides to go against these tools then sadly that will be the end of Raid shadow legends
I’m positive this is in regards to injected APPS that cause the game to go 10-20x the speed than normal.
Honestly the fact that battles are calculated client side blew me away. It's pretty obvious the devs are either low quality or very underpaid. Im pretty sure everything is web-based too.

Real story here. I got the ban of suspicious activity aswell couple days before the fusion started. I got the exact same message from plarium as the first guy did. I am using RSL helper non stop and in fact I had an option that burns my gems aswell to get prism shards ir sth like that. But! I think what triggered it was the fact Im playing raid from 3 different devices and I dont really log off when logging from a different device. I used to hop in raid from mobile while at work when the rsl helper was working at home. It forcefully stopped rsl hlper and thats exactly when I got the ban! Because I wasnt really logging off, I was just logging on from different device which got me kicked off from previous one and interrupting runs and stuff. So yeah, now I make sure I log off before log in from different device. idk if that was the thing that triggered it but yeah .. I think its better maybe to not interrupt proccesses in game.
I don't think that's the reason, since I usually set RSLH to running when I head off for work, but then login on my phone partway through the day when I am on break to work on some dailies. Been doing it for several months and so far have yet to be banned. I make no guarantees on that, though.
30 million pp account and if RSL helper isn't supported or gets me a ban, I'll happily uninstall and get my life back. There is no way in hell I'll play this game clicking over and over every battle. It's just not happening. I don't have that kind of time for what I get out of this game

Good to see a video on this.. This has happened to one of my clan mates who use the two you mentioned. The response from Plarium was very similar to my clan mate also.

In Live Arena, When the game pauses and is thinking and you continuously click "battle" the ongoing clicking will prompt a suspicious activity notification. Just let the game do it's thing or kill the game and come back if it hangs for too long. Essentially do not push it when it's thinking. It could simply be user/system error because I got this error last week.
As someone who has had multiple accounts of various types banned from multiple different platforms, or forced to reset passwords for "suspicious activity", I believe those are all linked to my use of VPN access to the Internet. The greatest number of bans or other claims of suspicious activity is when I use both a VPN and the TOR network combined.

Very possible. Sometimes when I'm making purchases with VPN on, Plarium tries to charge me a ridiculously high sales tax. When I turn off VPN and retry the purchase, the tax goes down. I'm constantly worried that Plarium will suddenly decide that's "suspicious activity" and try to ban me.
@@davidrich5600 A while back they perma-banned some accounts for using a VPN to get a better price on packs due to the difference in currency exchange rates so be careful.
There is a Beta Version of RSL that is available at this time, it would be interesting to see if any of these people are using the regular or the Beta version of RSL.

I think Farbstoff mentioned RSL Helper has over a million active downloads. So a few accounts with issues divided by a million users does not sound like a significant issue to me.
rsl helper just released an update with a bunch of "fixes", i would bet on rsl helper being the problem imo.
also i never saw farbstoff mention all clear after conversations with plarium....but hh optimizer did.
The HH optimiser doesn't effect the game whereas the helper can be used to auto run bosses etc therefore can effect the game. Also there is nothing to say that they have not used the helper tool to add their own scripts into it..
It seems that something else was done through those two programs, the other day everything was free in the store, they reacted quickly, but it is possible that there are programs that hack important things in the game, not manual clicks.

Well. Timing is funny. Now that the fateless game seems to take more and more form. I guess this is what happens if you use a 3rd party application for a game. But it turns out that this 3rd party application creates a game that goes into direct comp with raid. Wonder if this is a reason why
our member got banned for a week twice - refund abuse, 1st time no real explananion, 2nd time they admitted it was a mistake but cant unban him, ridiculous
1st time it cost him the Emic fusion, the 2nd time another one, cant remember exactly which champ, its a miracle he didnt quit after all that shit from them

I can hardly play this game without RSL. Not to mention the devs have said RSL is perfectly fine to use. Something else is clearly going on with these players. Most likely that have moded the tools in some way themselves.
He was probably net limiting or something like that, I guess it could help with gear rolling. Whatever he did wasn't super serious because of the 48 but he's probably not giving us the whole story.

a ban without defined reasoning is illegal and violates there own TOS. they can NOT deny the name of the potential malware as that means they have used a system check not just a game check. this issue indicates raid currently has more access to ur system than they care to admit and r in fact scanning ur systems for all programs which they rnt allowed to do.
if they refuse to state the EXACT potential issues by system name then they open themselves up to a potential class action lawsuit.

1. Legal/Illegal are just buzzwords If you do not specify in which jurisdiction and according to what exact law...
2.Same for TOS which are mostly non-enforcable and just a tool for companies to do as they please because the user would have to take legal action to fight any decision the company makes
3. As soon as the line of dll-injection is crossed, the privacy-stuff goes out of the window (at least for EU, USA and GB - based on decisions by their respective courts which did agree with that part of the standard TOCs

Someone in my clan said there was a bug in the shop where everything was free, even had screenshots. Was not free in my game, though. He didn't click any of the stuff, so he wasn't sure if it actually gave stuff away or not.

I hope I hope HH optimizer is getting banned I don't have access to it so I am always playing against the computer because nobody gears their own Champs they just click it in have the computer do it and they say look at what I did rather than actually take the time in their own mental capacity to properly play this game

Someone JUST told me about the HH optimizer and I would like to use it but (in _THIS_ economy?!) I don't have another device to start a new account if I were to get banned so I just want to be sure it's okay before doing so

Hello, I believe new people are trying to get “cheaper” packs from different countries as the new players join Raid. Old players learnt their lessons sometime before… I cant confirm that VPN usage is a third party program.

RSL helper has been sketchy of late. Causing Raid to crash mostly. I am mostly concerned with the weird "network errors" that is says is going on. I have stopped using it. Waiting for a patch, hoping it has a fix.
Any updates on this? It was everywhere yesterday and today no one's talking about it like it never happened.

I can only say it again and again, every feature (interaction with Raid) is discussed with Plarium and is then approved by Plarium. Any request that is not approved will not be integrated into the helper by me either

I've never used rsl helper as Im.mainly mobile but Plarium needs to accommodate players better by providing essential tools that are otherwise only available 3rd party. Like quit being so greedy and make the game better.

@@wd5739 True. When they banned him from the test server b/c one of his team logged into it instead of him (last year I think?), several of us stopped making purchases for a while to get Plarium's attention.
Got a temp ban as well on 1 of 2 accounts. Suspicion is RSL helper/ HH Optimizer but nothing has been confirmed.
maybe its the extractor/optimizer. I have no idea how much it interferes performance when it live updates grabbing and sending info from the game to itself. Rsl Helper seems like it is less intrusive into the game, feels more like an overlay that clicks in-game buttons and such. But then again, it grabs info from the game when you pull shards so who knows. I use the helper as my mercy counter.. guess i am back to notepad :(
and not to be 'that guy' or anything, but i am more cautious to the optimizer last few months, because god knows what plariums actual internal reactions are to HH becoming an actual competitor. Just because they are the biggest fish in the tank, doesn't mean they allow other fishes in there. Maybe they are slowly pulling away endorsement/promotion of HH related tools/content. I mean, they are using their raid platforms to promote their own competitor. Personally i couldn't care less, but companies might not always feel the same. Anyway, thats why i haven't used the optimizer in quite some time.
Hello! Just to confirm the optimiser only READS information and we dont actually write anything into the game. As such its unlikely to be anything relating to Optimiser. We have checked for those involved who communicated to us and our logs do not indicate anything that would make us believe it was the cause (in that the last usage was days before any ban etc).

@@saphyrra2177 good news. I never meant to say the optimizer sends stuff to the game, may have worded it badly. I was wondering about the live update/update, grabbing info from the game repeatedly. I have had, possibly imaginary, slow/clunky stuff when using the function, but my hardware is old AF so its most likely just minor spiking from my end having trouble draging the webbrowser lol. But good info. Its a very convenient tool :)

They arent going to tell you whats triggering it. The police do not tell all information of a murder so that if someone confesses they know whether they are trolling or not. "Hey bank can you tell me how i can get around your security to put money in my account that doesnt belong there?".

If you pay for a monthly subscription for the optimizer then you are not free 2 play .because it directly effects gameplay and alot of other mechanics that technically give the player a edge for a fee..
