TAURUS SC is a 9.1% Fipronil suspended concentrate insecticide/ termiticide. This product works by interfering with the insect’s nervous system. Taurus controls many different species of insects, but we recommend it primarily for outdoor use to control a variety of termites and other wood destroying insects
While TAURUS SC can be used as a barrier spray around concrete slabs and areas where insects can gain access to a structure, it is mainly used for termite trenching treatments.
TAURUS SC has a residual of up to 10 years as a termite trench treatment, and 3 months as a barrier spray. When using as a barrier spray, We typically recommend spraying quarterly for preventative control.

Good video, thanks! Would spraying along the base inside of a detached garage be considered indoors?
I used this product to get rid of pavement ants living under my driveway. Because the ants are protected by the pavement, it can be extremely difficult to kill the whole nest. Because this slow kill I sprayed around the driveway and the ants carried it into the nest. Took a couple of weeks to work. I also sprayed around my house to keep down the stink bug population, although it might not be the best product for that application.

I Bought this product from your website.
I have Riverstones around the house upto 3.5 feet wide , I have Plastic sheet and Vinyl sheet panels under the stones. when I trench the product under the stones and plastic sheet , do I need to be Close to the Building foundation or is it better to keep some distance from the foundation ? Also there are some spots where I have Sod , Do I remove the Sod did a trench and use this solution in a 6” X 6” trench and then apply the sod over it ?
How about the garden bed with Mulch and Stones ? do I apply this solution as a spray over the Mulch and stones or do I need to remove the mulch and stones and apply it
I have some smaller plants like Peace Lily , and other varieties of Lillies about 1 feet away from Building , I also have Some hibiscus bushes next to Building , Is it safe to leave those plants or is it recommended to remove them ?
Someone is suppose to be doing termite treatment for my home and he is using "Taurus SC" around the perimeter of my home, not drilling the garage. This is what is proposed and is this good enough for a 3300 sq ft home? Unfortunately, no it will not be able to carry enough of the product to take out the whole hive.

What happens if you accidently spill it on your hands?
Wash with soap and water, dawn soap is better than regular hand soap
Because my attic crawl space has only a 3-4 feet heigh clearance, Can i use this Taurus SC solution in a cold fogger to fog my attic crawl space that has a live infestation of termites? Planning to leave the fogger on inside the attic for 10-15 minutes with auto shut-off timer, and leave the house for a few hours until everything is dried and cleared in the attic.

IF Termidor SC is one of the safest termite control products on the market, where the active ingredient in Termidor are used in Frontline flea medicine that people place on their pets, then it should certainly be safe to used for indoor applications?
@@mikefa5891 Taurus SC hasn't been approved for indoor use yet. Other Fipronil sprays however, have. Try those.

No it's once in 10 years for trench application and once in 3 months for spray application

Protection for 10 years?!?! Holy shit even if it survives just a fifth of what it's promised to that's two whole years that I could be a little more relieved about termites...
Will it work on springtails?

We do not sell or manufacture Navigator SC so we cannot guarantee it would work the same.

Taurus SC cannot be used in a fogger.
Can this be used for carpenter bees
Yes, Taurus SC is labelled to control carpenter bees, but only in localized areas (it is not registered for this in California). You would apply your finished Taurus SC dilution directly into gallery entrance holes.
I use a carpenter bee trap. It saved my kids fort from being destroyed. Simple jar to empty when full. Check them out. 👍🏽
