The first time I tried this, I ended up with people _streaming_ instead of using radio broadcasts during WWII, flying cities existing by 1905, a space city in 1922, a Moon city in 1958 and a Mars one in 1970, all of which got their independence through wars/revolt only a few years later in each case. It was all super-advanced and cool and stuff...until we discovered a Stargate on Mars and got wiped out by the -Goa'uld- "Enemies" in 2001.
10/10, would make humanity AWESOME while dooming them again.

I played this game and somehow ended up with the first manned mission to Mars and the war of Martian independence both happening in 1991. Oh and prior to that I colonized an exoplanet in the 18th century, only to lose it to aliens

This website seems hilarious and creative. Though it seems like it has some issues with keeping its own consistency. Like the whole gender wars things completely conflicts with some later stuff that still happens apparently. So yeah doing things out of order seems to make things devolve into more and more insane impossible scenarios.
