1974.5 MG MGB Engine Problems Continue, SU Carbs Experiencing Complete Loss Of Power

I cant seem to catch a break... well something did break... No idea what is happening, it soujnds like the engine is starving for fuel when there is no way that is possible. Any Ideas?
