Come on and slip to the music now scoot

I got the hots for you, I got the hots for you
Jump on that ghetto blast off
S'Express

Come on and slip to the music now scoot
Come on and slip to the music now scoot
I got the hots for you, I got the hots for you
Chop me off, chop me off, chop me off
Chop me off, chop me off, chop me off
Chop me off, chop me off, chop me off
Oh, that's bad
No, that's good

Think about it
I got the hots for you
I got the hots for you
I live for you
Ha ha ha ha ha

It still sounds amazing today, nearly 40 years later. I loved the 80s 👌
S-Express and Bomb the Bass were way ahead of their time.
assume you know the same person was involved in both . en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pascal_Gabriel
I didn’t actually 👍. I guess it’s no surprise then, that I love both. Cheers
This music deserves to be listened to. Who's still listening to this timeless track over three decades later, in 2021?

New era at that point
Yes!!
It wasn't a new sound in 1988 lol. Maybe in 1982.

Timeless 80s
our generation !
In 2024, Still sounds great :)
I’m only 19 but this is incredible
I was 19 and clubbing to it when this came out best days on this planet ever
I was 15 years old when it was realist, working dj, stel a fawolit.
Still rocks hardcore in 2024, still fresh as the day it was released, a timeless EDM classic.
This reminds me of club kids, ecstasy and weird Gaultier outfits. It was such a massive dance hit when it came out, and I mean MASSIVE. I remember it being played nonstop in every nightclub you went to, and the dancefloors would fill in seconds. You could literally hear it everywhere throughout the night.
yeah and where r u now
Very good!!!!
Would have LOVED to have been in my teens then 😩 I was so young when this came out and I absolutely LOVED it even though it was a bit mind bending back then in my innocent year's 😂
This reminds me of the "Duck Sauce - Barbara Streisand" tune in 2010
Nice song...!!
One of the BEST House Track EVER. S'Express Forever.
I'd give real money to go back to this era of club music!
Ce titre ne se demodera jamais, même après 35 ans il donne toujours la pêche et envie de danser
Vamos dançar linda 😍
Sa me rappelle les soirées en boite a La Pitchoulie
It’s 2020.... and why does this track still sound awesome.....cos it is....!!
Yeah, this is pretty much the track that took house into the mainstream. Too bad house turned into crap :-)
Don't know but really glad it does!!

I love it so much I bought the t-shirt...and started an 80's cover band......
I want so bad to go back
A prime example of how wonderfully diverse the 1980s music scene was.
Thats very true
I grew up in the Philippines. It’s difficult to get this kind of music back then because most radio stations are all about American Top 40. Luckily I found an obscure station that at least, gives snippets of the UK Top 5. It’s through that short 10-minute weekly program that I discovered this song (and others like Steve Hurley (Jack Your Body), Fairground Attraction (Perfect), Yazz & The Plastic Population (The Only Way Is Up), and many many others). I have a special in my heart for these brilliant and amazing UK acts.
lucky you that you found an obscure station
get an online radio of UK radio station, called Heart Dance, best station ever
This tune will NEVER age! What a fucking classic!!!!!

Me and a few of the lads still partake...get back on the horse man👊
1988 when House really broke through and wiped your memory of the rest of the 80's before it. Was one long rave from then on 🙂
Couldn’t have put it better myself
No ..I loved all the 80s music. But this is defo the song that set the change of tone and brought out dance music
@@joevans27 Black Box - Ride on time or Snap! was also a step into a new Eurodance house music in that time.

Eazy T those where the good old days of disco ...
DISCO??? hehe
No ... Disco came before S - Express this was HOUSE Music / Dance Music Disco is more like BLAME IT ON THE BOOGIE
Yes this wasn't Disco leave that to Nile Rogers Donna Summer et al...this was House, where every young one with a sampler could get on Top o the Pops - lets not forget our childhoods played out to 60beats per second in Charley, Sesame's Treat and Trip to Trumpton ..

Brings back the nightclubbing days of the 80s.
that bassline....outstanding.I know that song is constructed from various of samples from another songs but just because of that Mark Moore is a genius
I heard this on the radio a lot and this is such a brilliant tune. This was in the late 80s, but it sounds so good and fresh.
Era l'anno 1988....musica fantastica la ascoltavo ...e la ballavo!!🔝❤
👍👍👍👍👍
A milestone from 1988.
When House left the underground clubs and hit the pop charts replacing Hi-NRG as the quintessential dance music of that era.
Timeless..still play this on my MK2 ..and the People freaked out....
Good Music NEVER gets Old
However old she is
It is good Music ....
A great piece of music from the diverse and quirky 1980s
The early days of house music. Oh, how wonderful those days were when it came to music.
I’m 45 and had a déjà-vu and a massive graving foe this song. Google. CZcams and bingo. I feel young.
Banging tune! King's lounge Bangkok 1989, this tune had everyone dancing !! Great memories....
You can hear the rhythm bouncy sound effect in this mix that defined every 90s techno track ever. This was probably early on in its use and not the dominant sound. Evolution baby.
love the 80s, never gets old
yes it does, and so do we
I was fourteen when this song came out, most of the best music from that era came from England KLF, Inner City, Soul to Soul, Neneh Cherry and many more... I love this sounds!!!

Around the same age. First time eurodance entered the charts here with this track.
I remember hearing this when I was like 13-14 and now I'm 45! Flashback 2 th maxx🤩

Amazing track ! Love 80's music 👍😊
Apart from the choon being absolute genius with 14 samples, the vid is superlative!! Dancers out of this world!❤
I was there in the 80's and this, plus a few other choice EDM tracks, laid down the ghost of disco forever.
This track is pure genius. Timeless ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is the beat I was looking for. This is the essence of 90's house music, even though it was released in the 80's.
I used to blast this on my way to work back in the day. So nice to hear this again.
