In this video, we are taking on the first hospital of the Bigfoot DLC, Underlook Hotel. In Underlook Hotel we take on a brand new illness, Barking Mad and have to get heavy on the marketing campaigns.

I always start my rooms at level 3 so I can complete the upgrade room task😊. BTW, watching your videos helped me a lot.
It’s a neat trick that you can do for temperature and overall attractiveness too! Glad I could help!

I like the layout on this hospital so far, especially with the helipads being so close. And I reeeally prefer the cold weather over the heat in sweaty palms etc. Way less work :D
Agreed! Although in the Pebberley island DLC (another hot one) you unlock the ice sculpture, which is the same as a small air con but 0 maintenance required
Woah. My mind is blown to see you can call out your template offices and rooms to use directly in this DLC levels.
It was a life saver update to the PS!!

Did a bit of this Bigfoot was a free dlc on game pass I loved the dog clinic
if cure rate is important so diagnosis certanity should be 99% :) If cure rate affects refund you can have more stuff to cover all rooms easy.
Oh for sure. When I’m pushing a tough cure rate pushing up the diagnosis % is a lever to pull, just got to make sure you have the staff to do it quickly or people will die as it takes too long.
I've restarted this hospital over 10 times.
Oh no! Do you keep running out of money? Few tips to keep the money coming in is to…
1. Cancel requests when you don’t think you can complete them quickly, yes you will have a reputation hit but you can build that back up in other ways
2. For requests such as get a level x room or hospital attractiveness of x% once completed bring them back below the needed level so that you will get the request again.
3. Try to tie in requests with things you’d do anyway, wait to upgrade machines until you get the request, delay some training if possible till the request comes in, turn off auto promotion so that you can promote when the request comes in.
I keep failing this…. Will try it on my third attempt 😅
Noooooo! Are you running out of money? I always make sure to focus on the tasks to build up some funds, any temperature or attractiveness tasks I make sure to sell the last item that tips me over the target in order to be given the task again. Also if there is ever a hard target make sure you cancel it! A slight reputation hit but worth it long term

I find this level really hard, I'm on my second attempt and still heading for a fail.
Is it money you’re struggling with?
I recommend not doing any training or promotions (turn off auto promote) unless you have a goal associated with it. Same with machine upgrades.
You can cancel goals at any time so that you can switch to an easier goal.
Also if you get the hospital attractiveness at 80% goal, hit it but then bring it back down to 79%. That way you will get the goal again and can easily complete it.
@@PowerPlays So kind of you to reply. Previous levels are OK. For Underlook my reputation has dwindled to 0! but money is at $ 150K. Cure rate is bad. I'm seriously misunderstanding some game mechanism here. I'll try your suggestions. Thanks!

Hmmm cure rate will be down to, either not curing patients or patients dying whilst waiting…
Thé not curing patients is either due to your diagnosis threshold being too low (I like to have mine at 80-90, but it can slow patients down so be careful) or staff not trained enough. Straight forward fix though… train train train!
For wait times it’ll either be because your diagnosis is taking too long cause either you need to train diagnosis staff or increase the number of diagnosis rooms. If you’re struggling you could try a mega scanner or dna lab as they often produce high diagnosis %!

You’ll get there with reputation. Level 5 prestige rooms, big hospitals, happy patients and marketing campaigns!

why this Underlook hotel so hard to pass??? my money always minus.. i played 5 times already and always failed.. hhuhuhuhuu
It’s probably one of my favourite hospitals believe it or not! But you have to get into the habit of only doing things like promoting & training when you have a request. Very similar to duck-worth-upon-bilge!
Make sure you invest in marketing too as it will keep your bonus high from higher reputation and also allow you to cancel a request or two if it’s a long one!

It’s a very funny illness and treatment!
the dogs are really cute in my opinion and is kinda funny wen they treat them the house in the K9-AWAY or whatever it called fling into the air and it turned them into a human 🤣
😂😂😂 this dlc has some very good illnesses!!
it is their first DLC and there are a lot of funny ilnesses and they make me laugh so hard

I despise this level. I have built four hospitals which all worked then EVERY time all the machines blow up. I have janitors on full time repairs and it doesn't stop. There is no money so you can never have all the treatments and staff.
Basically this is a nightmare level. Every time there is a fracture emergency the plaster caster explodes. FOUR times
Few tips that may help…
Don’t do anything unless there is a goal attached to it, like train staff upgrade machines
If you get the attractiveness goal drop it back down so you will get it again
Cancel goals you don’t wanna do and wait for easier ones (like restock vending machines or water plants etc) but be careful of reputation hit
Watch out for Jumbo McNally the VIP visitor!! He will damage your machines by about 50% 👀👀👀
@@PowerPlays Ok thanks. I have done most of these but the Jumbo McNally tip I will look out for. The other problem is once you stop making money then you CANNOT fix any of the problems because they cost money!
