yea it's The Rev who playing the drums and this MV was made in 2006.
fyi: they have finished their newest album. it will be released in early 2023 or maybe at the end of 2022. I can't wait to hear their new stuff!

when I was playing this video as a kid, my dad jokingly said "bro who plays a guitar solo on top of a coffin?" 😂😂I never realized how horribly inappropriate that is for a funeral until he pointed it out. at least he played a good one LOL

The song (Save Me) is about Avenged Sevenfold's drummer Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan, who was found dead on December 28, 2009. It tells of how his passing has impacted on the band and speaks of the immense pain that the group members have experienced due to their loss. Jimmy also wrote part of the song and M.Shadows (singer) finished it. So it is also very personal to the band.
