Indian company outbid other countries bid. No question of influence here. Companies in other countries don't bid cuz the audience of cricket in their country is not as much as in India. So bidding higher than indian companies while having no influence on domestic market is a no no situation for foreign companies.

Waqar and Wasim was the killer generation 🙏 what a pair ! Their eye used to lit up in these kind of conditions 🙏 Seen them bowling in India and England they were a devasting pair for any batsman.
As the Cutter is released the ball goes with a rotation around it own axis, upon arrival at the live green grass the seam (strong stiching) grips the green grass and the ball changes its direction after pitching, making it extremely hard to manage even for the most perfect batters.
A grassy pitch doesn't necessarily means a bouncy pitch. Bounce simple depends on the hardness and firmness of the surface. In fact a moisture coated ball skids through rather bounce. like when dew falls .
Yeah......shoaib akhtar in his prime.....on Australian pitches with grass.....Total destruction......pace, bounce and lateral movement......Batters would have to save their body and their wicket......Forget about scoring runs.....
Today I understood whhat is diffn bw pitches of outside ind and away and also why batsman complain that pitch was bit slow in the 2nd inning. Nicely explained
Thats like saying, Virat in his prime on cemented pitch. Anderson suck outside English condition and so does broad. Broad has 68 percent of his wickets in England itself. Says how good a bowler he is. Same goes with Anderson.
The greatest exponents of Seam bowling will mostly always be English pace bowlers. The conditions in England, particularly in an early summer, the live grass has lots of 'FUEL' for the (Off & Leg) Cutters & that makes things incredibly favorable for Seam bowling.
Cutters (Off or Leg) are bowled with the movement of wrist down at the release of the ball. The wrist movement for a Leg-Cutter is towards the first slip and towards the leg Slip for an Off Cutter.
Glen McGrath - NO DOUBT at all......not pace...but seam, swing and pure line and length. Ball after ball, spot on !!!
and Curtly Ambrose also
Jimmy Anderson

Instead of friction, I think the "e" factor influences the bounce and pace off the pitch
It's coefficient of restitution (e).. correctly said brother..❤️
Bounce is affected by e and pace is affected by friction.
